I have hair loss and I hide it by keeping my hair messy shoulder length and having a beard. Do you think I should have my hair tied up in a bun or slicked back in public to reveal the hair loss, be embarrassed, feel ugly and painful and reveal the truth or should I shave the hair completely? With my beard also what should I do? I'm starting the challenge this week.

Hey Dre, really moving video. I have been watching your content over the past few years and it has been amazing to see your spiritual growth. Just to share a bit about myself: Two years ago I was crushing life by the world's standards. I ran my own videography business, had plenty of money, sports cars, was in great shape, and was dating the girl of my dreams and going to get married. Flash forward a couple of months later and I was diagnosed with a disability. My girlfriend left me because of it, my sister passed suddenly, and I became a wreck. I fell hard into alcoholism to cope with the emotional pain. I lost my business, finances, physique, and everything that took years to build. I have definitely spent a long time in self pity land. The part in your video about being satisfied in Jesus, and not trying to live up to the world's standards really resonated with me. I am planning on serving at a Christian school in India next year where I will be teaching music, fitness, and creating video content for them. What I am finding is that sometimes God needs to break us down in order to use us for His purposes. God bless you bro. Keep spreading truth about Jesus even if it is less popular. - Nick

You cannot stand against your enemies until you remove that cursed thing from you. Joshua 7:13 This is a story of 2 battles. God’s ppl won the first one, but God told them not to take the enemy’s stuff. Let their things be accursed. But one soldier chose to take something and hide it in his home. After that, they lost the next battle and cried out to the LORD asking why. God said that there is an accursed thing among you, and you cannot stand against your enemies. So Joshua, the leader, found the soldier who took the accursed thing and killed him. Then the LORD caused them to win their battles. What you hide will come to the surface. They will say, why? He is a good guy, handsome, even Christian, why cant he find a wife? Why is he struggling in x or y? Before blaming circumstances, think about what you are hiding. Jesus says if you serve others, not to be seen of men, but for the LORD, or you pray in seek the LORD in secret, then what God sees in secret, He will reward openly.

No one ever came to help. No one ever cared. That is why I now take zoloft now and do relatively well. Narcissism or not, that was my experience.

When you are thinking and thinking and thinking you are not getting anywhere, you don't try new stuff only thinking about "oh how it would be good". Write down a goal that you are so much thinking about, and set up first few small steps that you are going to do to move you closer to that goal - then you will face first problems, when you will solve them, you will grow. Then maybe you will change one of the steps, maybe you will remove it or adjust it, but you moved forward. And just like a small stone can move a big avalanche, the small steps will push you forward. And if possible - find people that you can share your thoughts with - whether online or not - share your thoughts, ask questions, maybe you will find some friends, maybe you will find someone that will guide you - who knows? At least it worked for me.

I’ve thought about this. I think I disagree. I read nothing in the Bible that says corse language is a sin. The Bible speaks of all sorts of curses, bodily functions, offensives, and insults. It’s not a book of politeness.
