Living: 2nd IVF Cycle; DuoStim Protocol
First and foremost apologies for cutting off a bit of my head in the video. It bothered me quite a bit but by the time I noticed it was too late lol.
Time sure flies by and I can't believe that I'm posting about my second IVF cycle already. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions and unexpected disappointments but we made it this far! At the end of this cycle we grew all of our embryos to blastocyst stage in order to have them biopsied and genetically tested. Results should be available in 2-4 weeks... Fingers crossed :) Our plan is to pursue a 3rd cycle after Labor Day. Stay tuned.

I have a question I would really appreciate it if you would answer the question… for the duo stem Retrieval how many days after the first Retrieval… did you start taking the stem medication again

Hi! If I'm not mistaken I started taking letrozole the night of my first retrieval and continued taking it up until I started on May 4th at which point I added the rest of the other meds (Gonal F, Menopur etc).

Hi! During my back to back protocol I didn't really get a period because I had my IUD. So I didn't experience any bleeding during any of the stimulations but I did get my period about a week and half after my second retrieval. I hope this is helpful

Hi! My AMH in December 2021 was 1.0 and it's now 1.26

@@SassyKarol hellou. Mine is 0,9 after high dosage of vitamin D. Before 0,8… in 10 days Ill have another iui with medications and if it doesnt work we go for ivf.

@@oliviapohankova6125 thank you and best luck to you as well! This journey is so personal that your outcome may be very different from mine. I have another medical condition that I haven't shared yet that limits me on the type of IVF meds that I can and can't take. I'm advised to keep my estrogen levels as low as possible. I'm hoping to make a video about it soon. But definitely don't lose hope :)
