So great to see Abe San live stream, he's doing fantastic and a pleasure to witness his craft once more.

It's amazing to see a man doing what he likes the most and the people who enjoy the dishes he prepares. I would like to be there eating with them and enjoying the lively atmosphere. His enthousiasm is encouraging me to pursue my own dreams and objectifs. The stale he built by himself looks beautiful and solid, really, a strong and talented man!

Lovely video enjoyed it very much you are for sure a great Chef,all your dishes you made looked absolutely delicious.And I think everybody should own one of those fantastic knives 😊

Beautiful to see artisans sharing their craft in such a great way...pop-up gourmet restaurants!!! What an awesome concept!!! You could get just about any type of Japanese cuisine on that stretch of road..so much good food and so little time.
