In this series, Lives of the Sahaba, Shaykh Dr. Yasir Qadhi discusses the lives of the noble companions, some of the greatest and most blessed human beings to ever live after the death of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him [S].
While not a comprehensive history of the Khulafa Ar-Rashidoon, this series will provide a summarized biography of the men and women considered to be the Sahaba (companions of the Prophet [s]), including the Mothers of the Believers (the wives of the Prophet).

May the Peace, Blessings and Mercy of ALLAH(SWT) be upon Sheikh Yasir Qadhi, his team, MIC, & the rest of the Muslim Ummah. Ameen, Ameen, Summah Ameen Also, Just on a side note, i would like to mention we, the viewers can't here the questions asked by the people at MIC. It would be nice if the sheikh repeated the question to the camera before giving his answer.

I once attend this lecture about Hassan in a halaqah, and too bad the Ulama back then was bad mouthing Hassan a lot and includes him into one of munafiqun in Madinah :(

Jazaka Allah khayran brother Yasir. May Allah increase and bless your knowledge. One remark: the incident about Hassan Ibn Thabit (RA) not being able to defend the women when the jews attempted to attack them during the battle of Al Khandaq was also narrated about Zaid Ibn thabit (RA). Could the brother confirm which one of them does this incident apply to?

i think zaid ibn thabit RA was still a kid back then? wasn't he?
JazakumAllah khair. I think the Abu Sofyan Hassan meant in his poem is Abu Sofyan Abu Alhaarith not Abu Sofyan from Umayyah.

Allah knows best it's been 1400 years, I doubt it was sung, I think the scholars say its permissible as long as no background music
All i ever wanted was to be the Best Poet. Jazak'allah Khayrun G. In'sha'allah you'll dedicate 30 Qur'anic Dayz on my Favourite General. Could you ask Allah to ask for my dreams. Allah's numbers are my favourite. And Allah's poetry is my favourite shapes. When i was down, i kept on going for Allah through you and Ustadh NAK. Invite my Dr Stef Keris. Ask Anas in Portsmouth. He's the biggest 2nd African Spirit. Number Uno is My favourite Sahabi is Uthman Ibn Affan. Can you ask Allah to bless Uthman Sarok with my favourite person x number. Jazak'allah Khayrun for asking me to push myself through Seerah. In'sha'allah one day, you'll bless me with you daughter's through one of my young guns or even me if Allah's God's x Goddess wills. Fi'amanillah.

Nope.... one of the greatest sins...what are you fearing my brother, death? You will go to paradise and if you live it’s victory.
