What a team that was. Firmino was our hero in the away games. Mane and Salah were great. And the fact players like Mane, Firmino, Milner, Wijnaldum, Hendo, Fabinho and Origi left the club makes me very sad. This team and legends are gone. Hopefully something new and great starts with the new players.

This team was just nuts. You never felt like the game was out of reach during this time. Liverpool could go 3-0 down against Barca in the Camp Nou and you still had confidence. I’ve never experienced anything like that. Every Liverpool fan was confident that we could pull it off even when everyone said it was over. And in the league too. Always a late winner when we needed one. Incredible

Never forget what Sadio and Bobby and Hendo did during that season ... sat here in July 2023 with all 3 of them gone ... thanks 4 d memories . u will be missed #ynwa

They should have won 2 or 3 more league titles in the last decade. It is a tragedy for liverpool that city have also been on their golde era contemporarily.

One Pep Guardiola made even Mourinho look bad forget about liverpool. Jose couldve won la liga with real madrid and couldve won pl with manutd but pep just ruined it for him. He got it coming tho bcz 2012 inter defeated barca in ucl. My symoathy to klopp as a barca and city supporter I will say these, liverpool is already a decorated team as much as man utd and man city will be there soon. In PL No one compare to liverpool in european trophies and no one compare to man uts in pl success. Both of these are what we city are chasing for.

It will be more tricky this season though. Tied evenly to Arsenal and Man City thus far. It's not gonna be a 12 points clearance or more, like the 2019-20 season. I sincerely hope LFC wins the title, including because its Klopp's last season.

What a season it was, and what a life for Liverpool fan to have Klopp as a manager and won it all for us

Bobby Firmino is forever a Kop. He just a fantastic player, absolute class. Salah and Mane were too incredible. Robby and Trent were awesome. Hendo, Fabinho and Wijnaldum were massive in the center and Oxlade was an added advantage with his run. Alison Becker is still the best goalkeeper in the world. Klopp is the greatest coach I have ever watched in Liverpool.

That goal clearance by milner will never be forgotten

Most people ignore him, but Adrian stepping in for Alisson when he got injured so early in the season was so key to the team's success. (I must add, he always gave us a scare whenever in goal, haha)

Not a Liverpool fan but you have to admire the way Klopp has them playing and rebuilding, the history going back to Shankly the comeback against AC Milan, and Barcelona and both those sides had great players, only Liverpool could do that no other side

My heart is broken this time due to the unpredictable transfer issues and the champions League disqualification of the team. How can my team couldn't qualify the Champions League. It's a pity.

Die hard supporters are build different, especially when a LFC supporter started supporting the club when Bob Paisley about to retire and Joe Fagan took over .... then disaster struck at Hillsborough followed by tragedy at Heysel. Then Daglish took over b4 passing it on to Souness winning the FA Cup then Evans winning the League Cup. We always got a winning gaffer since Shankly in 1960 .... in the dark days of Hicks + Gillette, for the 1st time we got a no silverware manager in Roy Hodgson and over achieved 1 season wonder of Brendan Rodgers and no silverware or a Cup final match. 4½ season combined with nuthin. Daglish got us to a League Cup and FA Cup finals in his only season. Klopp got us to a League Cup and UEFA Cup finals in just ½ season into the job with a mid table Brendan Rodger's squad. Dats the difference getting a gaffer with a winning mentality. Us not making it to UCL bcoz we ain't gud enuff, no ifs or buts or cudda and shudda BS. 23/24 season got us to a gud start ... let's us all look forward to another great season. ❤YNWA

A perfectly constructed machine ... If covid didn't happen then I 100% believe they would have set a points record ... and the trophy parade would have been unreal. I think Klopp has one more title left in him ... and the team is slowly looking menacing again.

Fun Fact - since G. Souness, R. Evans, G. Houllier, R. Benitez, R. Hodgson, K. Daglish, B. Rodgers and J. Klopp in the past 31 years only G. Houllier have won the same silverware 2x, its the League Cup by beating Birmingham City and Man Utd. He won us the League Cup, FA Cup, UEFA Cup and European Super Cup all in his 1st cup final appearance. Benitez got to the League Cup final losing to Chelsea, won the UCL + European Super Cup but loss the Club World Cup and won the FA Cup and another UCL final appearance. Daglish won us the League Cup and loss to Chelsea in the FA Cup final. Klopp got us to League Cup final losing to Man City and UEFA Cup final losing to Seville in just ½ season in charge of a mid table Brendan Rodger's Liverpool team. The European Super Cup, Club World Cup and FA Cup were the only silverwares he won in his 1st appearance. My question is - Are we going to see Liverpool get to Europa League final and winning it this season? Is Klopp going to do a Houllier's treble or winning a quad this season? Many people down play Houllier's treble. If it is dat ez, how come we never see it done again every 5 season or 10 season by any other PL club? Tbh I didn't care at all about this record. Seeing Liverpool lifting that trophy was the only thing my eyes needed to see after the heartbreakers of 2009,2014 and 2019.

First 22 match in league , Liverpool won 21 and draw only 1 . This team deserves a lot of respect 🫡

the first match of season vs Norwich Jim persuaded me to escape from school to watch it & coming back the Security guards were surrounding the fence so we entered school at 4am......Looking back 4yrs later it was worth it. i will be graduating from University in January at Makerere,Uganda.

Its crazy how we wrap it up in just 31 games @ 86pts with W28 D2 L1 .... with 7 games left and 21pts available, we still bag another 13pts @ W4 D1 L2. Looking back now its crazy how we got 99pts @ W32 D3 L3. Its like winning all 19 home games and 13 away games in a crazy era of Covid pandemic. Here we go again in 23/24 season.

imo the greatest prem team oat. if lockdown didn't happen i reckon they would've ended up with 100+ points. lockdown really messed up their flow but still a record breaking world class team. just a little unfortunate that lockdown had to hit becuase it affected them in particular with messing up their groove.
