Im fighting edema and cannot move bowels..just did today, chromium cinnamon..something i did..moved my bowels today.. swelling in feet at 4pm again..need water to go into colon.. i will watch all of these..looking into berberine and don't think honey will be ok yet.

New Hampshire Yes it will. That is why food processor is a better alternative to just a juicer. Also a med strainer helps with other smaller fibers getting thru. Think of OJ some pulp vs most pulp. Great recipe. Sometimes I add a few cloves of garlic, especially in winter! 😊
If we add lemon in to this it will taste bitter?

honey and sweetness from carrots will neutralize it
