love this! I would so appreciate a more in depth video on your smudging techniques; I often am scared to smudge because I feel like I'm covering everything I just did

I noticed you started at the front with money pieces..do you start with 10 vol then? I know you have an assistant doing the back part of the head, so maybe not since that helps with timing, but if I was doing this alone would I need to start in the back or just start with a low developer?

The classroom is huge! You should put monitors on the pillars. That way all the students can see up close without leaving their seats and blocking everybody else!(my trauma from beauty school 😂)

This is so beautiful! How do I go about trying to find someone that does this? When I asked my current hairdresser about it, she had no idea what I was talking about even when I showed her pictures. I’m in there every two months with the line as my roots are growing out. 🤦‍♀️ Would love it to look more natural.

I found mine by searching on Instagram for local hairdressers, and found ones where the examples of their work looked similar to this. I find personally that more modern salons tend to use Instagram or Tiktok, if they don't, I often find they tend to use older less modern techniques that don't get as seamless of a blend which means less seamless grow out. It's of course not always the case but from the salons I looked at it tended to be pretty consistent.
