I own a snap-on trx6 snap-on hauler and just bought this light kit

its actually a lot to re-check on the trx-4`s after wet drivingit often, a lot of housings to open and lubricate the bearings

I'm taking my time while building them looking @ what parts are available for both trucks. Right now I'm finding that INTEGY has just about every part available to build them from the ground up, if there's other companies offering everything let me know. I'm treating the TRX 4 as if I was building my dream ride witch is a 69 K5 Blazer, where if I had the money & skill I would ditch the leaf springs for coil over suspension, or the most ambitious, mount it on a modern truck chassis for its IFS suspension to make into the ultimate prerunner for blasting thru sand.

I work nights now so will be able to tune in yay been working on my smt10 and gatekeeper picked up a vorteks almost had a trx4 bronco the old one.

Hey Matt, don’t know if anyone told you or not but I was watching the replay of this video and noticed you threw that axle housing away and it still has usable C hubs attached to it. You might wanna take those off before you throw the rest of it away.

I'm in the slow process of building from the ground up a TRX 4 & 6. With the six wheel drive what's the max size wheels & tires I can run & is the rear axles Adjustable or is it at a fixed distance apar? And other than the Merc G Wagon what bodies are available?

the light kit seems to be pretty closed system not working with other than traxxas electronics, which is a day 1 swap.

was doing a single speed swap on my trx4 today. thats all.

Is there a way to run it with a hobbywing fusion 1200kv 2 in 1. I am hoping to run all leds on a d90 body and 2021 bronco body.

Question... the instructions say "Only use one of the communication cables to connect the Lighting Power module to the receiver. Do not use both cables together." I see you used the Receiver Communication cable and the Max Link cable contrary to the instructions....

So what if your running brushless with those bullet connectors?

I don’t think Traxxas accounted for brushless, but it wouldn’t be much trouble to solder these inline.

i tried installing the pro scale kit on my trx6 and eveyrthing works except the turn signal doesnot work. did you figure out the issue.

Did you cycle through the Signal button? There’s specific instructions for turning those on.

Is it possible to use a 3rd party receiver for the Pro-Scale Advance Lighting kit? Thank you

That’s probably not possible, but I’d check with Traxxas support to confirm.

@@scalebuildersguild Thanks, I am trying as well on my sport kit so far the light functions and mode are not working as expected. The control must be proprietary. Thanks a lot
