    that is one nice machine ,i love the way it drives ,,I have an old floater truck i bought as a toy about 10 years ago , mine is a 1983 GMC C70 it's 4x4 too and damn is it fun ,, mine will run about 60 top speed ,,it was originally a 10 ton fertilizer spreader owned by the local Coop,when I bought it i had to replace the engine it had a 370 GM Big block ,I replaced that with a 6V-71 detroit and a 6 speed allison out of a fire truck ,,great machine ,,I'm currently working on restoring it to original specifications ,it'll get used as a multi purpose vehicle at my small farm i have a 6 ton spreader unit and am developing a swap load capability for it to allow me to use a sprayer with it too

    Awesome job. Kudos to Leg Arms and yourself and anyone else who worked on Big Brute and the other equipment over the winter. Did you and Leg Arms get specialized training in diesel mechanics, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics? Or are you part of the American tradition of learning by doing. I have known many a genius who was self taught. P.S. I like your enthusiasm and entrepreneurship. Well done. ✌🙏🏼❤🖖

  • @WelkerFarms

    @WelkerFarms

    Why is that? Only thing covers protect is paint and plastic/rubber sun exposure. The reason we built it this way is for simple easy access and air flow. Tractors today cover the engine for looks and noise control.
