Thank you for teaching me how to make strawberry jam, to be honest I thought it would be hard to do but it was easy. I had to use granulated sugar instead and my cooper pot work like a charm. I made some english muffins and put the jam on it was VERY delicious. Thank you so much for this great video.

BritishCook question on your Pasty, I found the skirt steak, Irish potatoes, yellow onion, I couldn't find a rutabaga, could I use a turnips instead? Going on a picnic tomorrow and was going to take the Pasty as a snack. Thanks for your help.

Hi Frannie :) You can use turnip if you can't get swede, cut the turnip in quite small cubes. It will taste a little different but it will still be very tasty.

BritishCook I am about 4 hours away from NYC. They are claiming up to a foot in other parts of NY. I used to live in NY they always get tons of snow.

BritishCook yes I watched both of them. Here in the US it nearly $8 for a 1oz jar of clotted cream. You video will save me a lot of money. Fot the scones can i add cranberries and orange zest?

Hi Kate - No idea why my main reply isn't showing here, just part of my reply?!?! If you want to find me on facebook type britishcook into the search on facebook. If you want to join me on live all you need to do is to come to the main page here when I go live, look for the big box with me live on it and click the play button. To join chat if you are on a laptop it's on the right hand side of the main screen, if your on mobile just scroll down until the chat bar comes up, expand it and thats the live chat.
