Hindi nga cla makakuha ng hustisya sa kapulisan sa kakulangan ng idea pagdating sa pag iimbestiga nakapasa cla na may kakulangan sa actual vs sa senado marami nakakaalam kung paano dikdikin ang mga tulad ng tao na nagtagago ng lihim.

Date and time lang naman pala ang problema ng CCTV. Kasi ako may 8 CCTV cameras ako at minsan nare-refresh ang time and date pero recorded pa rin ang past 1 month bago ma-overwrite ang SD card. Regardless kung updated o hinde ang date ng CCTV cameras, basta makita lang dun sa video (kahit na anong date pa o oras ang lumabas sa CCTV) kung paano pinatay yung vice mayor, it will definitely help to solve the case.

An application or a platform such fb etc.. can retrieved the message content once you requested from their legal department.. This platform has a policy to provide such information that can help the investigation of the crime if requested by the court specially if government requested for it (with legal docs from the legal entity)😊

kung walang connectivity that time , probably the sender is out of signal but the message is restored already and readable by receiver of the message. The sender must have enough internet load in sending such message if got no wifi in a designated area.

I'm pretty sure they can record those SMS contents IF and ONLY IF they want to. They know its not allowed and could incur a bigger problem for them against privacy acts or similar laws. It is simply not worth the risk considering these data is really not that useful to them. It is important to the government though, so if they want access to it, it is really possible if both consents.

Sayang lang ang oras ng senate na dapat sa paggawa lang ng batas o i-review ang mga batas na naipasa nila na obsolete na. What is now the use of our PNP investigators in solving the crimes kung pati senate nakiki-agaw sa trabaho ng PNP at ng NBI?
