So true. Cops are hated by the people because they hate people. They work with a small percentage of the population who hate them and then they, in turn, hate on the innocent 99%. The 1% of fabulous cops, like in the Chad Daybell case, are loved by 99% of the people. And the bad cops hate them and are jealous. A prerequisite for being a cop is having low intelligence and delicate ego. A murderous combination. I worked with them and was shocked by them. I wouldn't ring them up for anything. They just are too corrupt and generally pretty much like Proctor.

You should catch up about the pieces of her tail light cover found under the snow & more later when the snow had melted as well as Lots of tiny fragments, red & clear, that were in his Clothes. Then there's the broken cocktail glass that he was seen still holding when he left the Waterfall & the main piece was found by his body, plus little bits on the road & one piece on her ridged bumper bar that also had tiny bits of the clear part of the tail light cover. Read will get extra jail time for agreeing to go along with the Abysmal made up story that she & Jackson put out to the media. It's for this reason of blaming others & Lots of others that the prosecutor chose to put the cart before the horse. You kids should Understand that it's the Job of a defence lawyer to accuse other people for the purpose of trying to save their client from the gallows. The first thing Read said when she called Kerry Roberts was, that John was dead. She was the only one who knew a body was at that side part of the yard, under 4 - 6 inches of snow. Because of the child lock for the back doors, when she screamed that she saw him, she couldn’t get out & Jen & Kerry had Time to look around & saw Nothing. Who else but a vicious Nutter would be soo fn Angry that her exit door was locked & so she was Kicking it due to her quick fire Temper, like the evil eyed Thing that she obviously Is. More than one first responder at the scene heard Read say she hit him. After the ambulance had taken John to hospital, Read kept saying that she wanted to kill herself, which is also an admission of guilt, due to remorse. Another ambulance had to be called & she was taken to the hospital for an assessment. When she later found out that there wasn't any ring camera footage nor did the cop cam footage pick up what she Said, she did the ole switcheroo about her Admissions. Since then, she has told various versions including for a TV interview, because she can't remember her Lies. FYI - the CCTV at John's house shows that she reversed her vehicle all the way back for no other reason than to deliberately bang into the back of John's car for the purpose of trying to cover up when & where the tail light cover on her car was broken. The authentic footage shows that she pressed a button on the console which was to disable the brake assist. You should know that the model of that vehicle had a reversing camera & screen & so, a Sensor. No doubt she went over to the Albert's house at that time in the morning to see if any pieces there but it had snowed too much by then. Aww. At the very beginning, Yanetti stated on the court house steps that it was an accident & she didn't mean to hit him. Then a performing clown was paid to accuse the cops of Her dirty deed & now people like you believe that every person in town who had a pulse is a liar. I pity all who believe that serving police officers have covered up the killing of one of their own. Then there's also the many EMT present at the scene & multiple others at the hospital, all of whom you accuse of doing the same. The evidence of her driving the route back to the Albert's house is Coming Up with the trial & the medical examiner will tell you that John did Not have two black eyes, for a Start. Evil personified is Karen Read who deliberately reversed from 60 feet away at 24.2 miles per hour & her ten ton Truck slammed into the head of a serving police officer as he was bending down & she just left him there to freeze to death. The actual strange part is all those who believe every word a Defence lawyer has been spouting from the rooftops as his Marketing ploy. Yawn. There are many Doctored photos of John’s arm as if lots of dark red blood as if from deep cuts yet not one photo shows Any blood on his arm Anywhere. The sole Purpose of Jackson's very public hooha in the lead up for the TV cameras, was for any potential jurors to be greatly Influenced. Only morons believe the Abrasions are from a dog & BTW - last time I checked, dogs have Bottom teeth also. Doh. It's about time that someone started showing pictures of a Square shaped Earth. LMAO. Imagine the Money I would make from those. No doubt You would be all-in on That con job too hey lovey. Jackson only started up his dirty deeds fairy tale because those at the afterparty were Cops & their family & so he included every cop in the State as a cover up squad yet one of theirs was killed. And the bagging of All cops in one basket was to grab the instant Attention of people like You, obviously. Only numpties believe Jacksons pathetic BS. Here’s how it goes - the more witnesses the prosecution had to put on the stand the More the trial drags out & so, the More work for her performing seals to do & so the Mega bucks that they get from Her. LOL. The best part about the whole gutter sniping scenario is that Read is Broke & she will Always be broke as John's niece & nephew will Sue her evil ass to hell & back next. LMAO

Karen Read's broken tail light fragments near the body. Her Lexus GPS puts her at the exact location of the body when she engaged in a high-speed back-up event. No canine DNA found on a sleeve that should be covered in dog saliva if his injuries were caused by a dog attack. Zero evidence troopers planted any evidence. Karen Read is 100% guilty which is why she will not take the stand in her defense. The FBI will end their investigation without charging anyone with a crime, which will be an admission that nobody framed Karen Read.

Do you think that it's possible that the judge knows she's innocent the evidence is pretty bad...now is it possible the judge knows in Her heart of hearts that she's innocent and she's just setting them up so that they have a sure fire way to appeal the case/get a mistrial because of the judges action in the courtroom? We know that she's gotta play into the arms of the prosecution because that's her team and can't go against the team... do you think there's a chance she's actually a good person and is handing them a golden ticket with her actions? This isn't the first time I've seen this kinda stuff where judges actions are insanely out of line and there's a clear cut argument for their "bias" to call for a mistrial.. that judge in Arizona that was overseeing the rancher that shot some illegals on his property did some pretty agregious things as well and they had a clear case for a mistrial. However it was a hung jury so mistrial anyway but the case was so bad that (7-1 not guilty to guilty) the prosecution chose not to retry the guy... Like is there a world where these judges know things are so clearly wrong for prosecution that they set the person up so they have a clear way to appeal the guilty charge? Or is she just that big of a pos? I mean we've all seen how corrupt the court system is in America at the moment.. idk some things are so bad that even I as a non lawyer am like wtf are these judges doing are they that okay with violating due process or are they trying to help?

To Erik Slocum, if you’re reading these comments- You write “not to justify his disrespectful texts” and then in the next sentence you justify his disrespectful texts. You sought to explain them in a way that minimizes their impact and wrongfulness. That’s literally what justifying is. What this dude- Proctor- wrote is not “dark humor”. Were you actually watching the trial? What he said was a filthy perverted violation of her privacy and dignity, a vile repulsive slanderous repudiation of Karen Read’s character, and a sickening disdain using her medical conditions as fodder for his pathetic and unjustifiable hatred of her literal existence among the living. And he was INVESTIGATING HER. This is the guys tasked with an “unbiased” inquiry into what happened to John O’Keefe. Pathetic. And the fact that you’re law enforcement too (frankly not a shock) does not mean you or law enforcement generally have a monopoly on seeing people “at their worst”. There’s plenty of people who see the worst humanity has to offer- to a certain degree EVERYbody is exposed to it- without behaving like a disgusting pig, which is what Proctor is. And I don’t mean that word in a derogatory sense how people sometimes say it about cops. I mean his behavior is literally piggish. I don’t understand why you have to justify or even just explain this guys horrible conduct just because you’re also in law enforcement. It’s so disappointing that people do this. I would be so much more impressed to see a fellow law enforcement guy criticizing him and saying there’s no excuse. If you are better than this man, and you take your responsibility for impartiality and integrity seriously, don’t get down in the filthy water with him. Be the better man. He’s no example for aaaaanybody to follow. He drags good cops down with his behavior, and frankly he drags all of us as human beings down with him too.

Not mine, also a giant tennis ball was in the yard on the side of my house. Not mine. A few weeks ago while sweeping my front sidewalk after doing some yard work I found some cigarette butts. Not mine. No one in my house smokes. I found a take out container from a Chinese restaurant laying on my grass. I don't like or eat Chinese food. I found a shopping list with a whole bunch of stuff that I don't buy. I found a math test laying in my yard by someone named Josh. Don't know anyone named Josh that is young enough to be in 4th grade. My point is that every single day/week there is all kinds of stuff laying in the road in front of my house or laying in the grass. Several times a week I am picking stuff up that has blown into my yard, driveway, sidewalk or the road in front of my house. None of the stuff is mine. I put my trash in a trash bag and put it in the trash can. So for those bozo cops to say that they found a straw in the yard/road or wherever and that automatically makes it Karen Reads straw from that night is complete BS.

Basically what we have, regarding the police, is a necessary relationship, just like we often have with arrogant bosses, or corrupt business owners whom we work for. If we want a job, we have to be polite. If we want the police to help us in time of need, we have to be polite.

What you don't understand about Auntie Bev is she's complicit with the commonwealth. She has always been for the commonwealth. Her brother was the lawyer for Chris Albert when he got into a fatal accident after drinking and driving and killing a Hungary exchange student. Chris Albert took off for over 30 hrs until getting a hold of Auntie Bev's brother. He ended up serving 6 months of a 2 yr sentence. They gave him 1 1/2 yr suspended. The defense asked the judge to recuse herself she said no. She has an affiliation with the "McAlberts" as we call them up here (Alberts/McCabe). She is keeping Lallys head above water. He is drowning a little bit more everyday. Auntie Bev was appointed as a Superior Court judge by former governor Deval Patrick. She was a public defender before that 🙄. Obviously she's out of her league. I have never seen a judge use the word SUSTAINED so many times as I have heard her use it. She rarely ever says "Overruled" she says "I'll give them that". She's very biased towards the defense. She needs to be demoted. And that's being nice. Atty Jackson is a former Southern California Prosecutor (Phil Spector) and is now a defense atty and a Damn Good One. Atty Yanetti is a former Middlesex ADA. He also is a very good attorney and together they are AWESOME! We call Atty Jackson Assassin Jackson! He Rocks.

It is dreadful that he said these things but worse that his supervisors tolerated the comments and laughed along. This isn't one bad officer, it is a systemic problem, John Proctor is a product of a corrupt system that let him use his power as a playground and to dehumanize suspects. When I backed into a post, I cracked my tail light and the missing piece fell INSIDE the housing. That could explain why there wasn’t a piece of tail light found in the driveway of John’s house. My heart just breaks for the O’Keefe family 😢 They have been through so much sorrow and then to hear all of the garbage talk from Proctor and see how badly this case was investigated must be devastating. I think about how Albert and Higgins went all the way to New York to honor a fellow officer killed in the line of duty but they couldn’t spare one second to help a fellow officer in their own backyard get justice. I really hope that someday change happens from all of this being exposed and that the family can take some comfort in that.

Olivia Lambo Two facts: 1)Judge Cannone’s brother, John Prescott, represented Chris Albert as his attorney for his hit & run homicide back in 1994. 2)Judge Cannone’s popular nickname (in reference to this case), “Auntie Bev”, was given to her by “witness” Jen McCabe’s brother-in-law, Sean McCabe, when he threatened to bury the corpse of investigative journalist @DoctorTurtleboy -who’s been covering and broke the story- under the “seaside cottage” of the Judge. When asked if he/his family had a “line to Judge Cannone”, Sean McCabe stated: “Auntie Bev??? Whose seaside cottage do you think we're going to bury your corpse under?”

Devils advocate here. I, too, see the judge's blatant exasperation with the defense and do find it off putting from a professionalism standpoint. At the same time, I can also see the frustration of overseeing such a public trial where the defense is, in fact, often playing to the cameras, the media, and the internet. Do I blame them? No. Does it excuse her? No. But think about how you feel/react to some of the CWs witnesses that overplay it and ham it up for the jury. I'm not a fan of the "I'll allows its'" and the "I'll let him have its'", but does this show her animus in this trial, or is it normal for her?

The group text saying tell them he didn’t come in the house, and response, and the response, exactly! Her husband letting her go out at 4:30 am in a blizzard and not going, The Canton Police calling in the state to find evidence long after the crime scene was left unprotected so the state police would find the possible evidence ( seems too convenient). Not finding any of this evidence when he was found, Karen played on him bare skin to her bare skin. If he was that above the snow why would t you find big red light pieces. Jen MaCab lead this case from the beginning. I feel sorry Karen if she thought those 2 women were her friends.
