I agree. Actually think this may work in his favor. He has several days to go line by line through her testimony and point out any inconsistencies there may be and show receipts otherwise. The prosecution made a big mistake stalling so much, I think. Especially since their case seems to hinge so much on what she testifies to.

JMs most telling text was at 4:59am where she texts John's phone to say "Karen is worried we need to find you" We need to "find you"???? Who says that to someone they are trying to get a hold of? Find you? If she didn't know what had happened to John, wouldn't her text read more like "Karen is worried can you please get in touch" or "...please call"? Wouldn't that be the logical thing to say??? Find you??? I've NEVER texted my son that whenever I can't get a hold of him. I tell him to call ASAP not "I need to find you" WTH

What’s funny is she said she kept yelling Jen Jen Jen, but then when they show the video footage of them at the house getting out of the car, and going in the house, it’s crickets. You don’t hear her shouting or screaming so the only evidence we have of her behavior that night was caught on camera, and it is completely opposed to what Jen was saying on the witness stand. That’s kind of shady too, as she went and looked for“the guy”. Why would her husband say the guy was never in the house? When they all knew him as a friend? Wouldn’t he say “remember, everyone needs to say John was never in the house”?

JM is an evil, arrogant narcissist. I do feel bad that she has MS but she clearly understands all of the vulnerabilities that are part of the disease. She weaponized these vulnerabilities against Karen to manipulate her. This is the very reason KR was not even close to being "friends" with JM & would never have engaged in "girl talk" with her. KR did not even have her phone number! IMO JM had a crush on OJO & resented Karen when she reentered OJO's life & all of his attention was on his KR & the children!

The only way that reply makes sense is that the recipient is agreeing, and saying: "yep, that's EXACTLY what we need to say." In many ways this text response: "exactly" is the most blatant evidence (IMO) that points out the lying and deceit, and flat out Getting Our Stories Straight that went on in this case. This honestly makes my stomach hurt: the corruption and incompetence involved in this case and the investigation. Just appalling.

There is video of Karens vehicle taillight of being entact from video at her parents. This will be in evidence too. The FBI hired independent experts about the suv. Their findings are the injuries aren't consistent with being hit by the suv. He wasn't hit by the suv and the suv wasn't hit with john. Then there's a witness of the suv being pulled into the gally at the police station and there were the police officers alone for a good 45 minutes and the video from the tume they pulled it in until the officers came out the video is missing.. 🙄 That's all 🎤

To say they didn’t comfort her isn’t true, especially once John was discovered & once EMTs were on scene. They held her hand and prayed with her, amongst other things. But KR was obviously acting hysterical, and it’s difficult to deal with a person in that state, she was making saving John more difficult with her hysteria. She was literally straddling John, didn’t even wipe the snow off his face. Meanwhile the other 2 ladies were taking rational steps to actually help- calling 911, getting blankets, telling Karen to get off of John so they could wipe snow off his face and do compressions/CPR, the list goes on.

There’s just been way too much inconsistency way too much antagonism and way too much forgetfulness and lack of concern for John despite him having been a “friend” and a “good guy” I don’t believe anything they’re saying now !

Jen McCabe’s testimony was the worst for me of the entire, bizarre group. Her constant imitation of KR screaming was indescribably heartless and made her look like a witch. I barely heard a word she said and the horrible statement she attributed to KR about why she had blood on her hands was not only cruel and weird, it was offensive to me as a woman. This trial is gross. I don’t even know at this point if KR is the one who brought John to the house, that’s how confused I am right now. I am almost always on LE’s side and came in to this trial open minded. After today, I don’t think I can be convinced of anything except that for some reason, the McCabe klan conspired to hide something. I don’t know if it is a murder they are trying to hide but I am sure they are hiding something nefarious.

@LYK Matt McCabe 7:39 - as a KZread juror with no case knowledge: when KR attorney calls him out for the smiling and for his evasiveness, Matt M comes across as arrogant, smug, and lying. He is not used to having anyone call him out on this behavior and that is where the smile comes from, it's passive aggressive behavior. The smile was as if he was saying "can you believe this guy!" He mumbled a few things under his breath while on the stand. He did this throughout his cross on questions that he did not want to answer. It felt like he needed to dodge the truth and stick to one narrative instead of answering the question truthfully. It's shameful because he could have been a very useful witness for discovering the truth, regardless which side called him. Instead of serving a hidden agenda that he has or his family has. I hope he isn't naive enough to actually believe that he fooled anyone because everyone on TV and in the courtroom saw right through this.

Claimed KR said she left John at Waterfall. Then wondered if she hit him. Then pointed out the broken tail light but that video footage confirming it at Okeefes house didn’t exist. It didn’t happen. Then how insane she was screaming Carrie and her names over and over again yet ring camera didn’t catch that either. NOTHING from the prosecutions witnesses has made any sense. Their stories don’t match up. Like maybe 20% of things link together. That’s the waterfall, who was there, when they left, where they intended to go. They said the title of every first responder, but the victim isn't provided the same courtesy? Odd. The screaming really gets me too. I know everyone reacts to crises differently, but just screaming the names of friends instead of the person you're desperately trying to find seems off. It’s hard to believe that Karen would have gone outside, saw that her taillight was cracked, thought that perhaps she hit John prior to speaking with Jen and then would say that to anyone for a few reasons. Some of the photos/videos of the car show just how much snow was on the back of the vehicle before Karen left for Jen’s house, and there’s no video of Karen going outside and inspecting her vehicle prior to leaving to look for him around 5 am. If the timing of when the taillight was broken is so critical for proving Karen hit John, wouldn’t that video (if it existed) and Jens testimony about what she heard be the first /most relevant info for the commonwealth? Also, these witnesses have pinned themselves into such a small window where John could have been hit by Karen. It’s really only a couple of minutes where this could have happened yet no one saw or heard anything? On a very surface level, regardless of what really happened, it’s going to be hard to believe anything the witnesses have said because they all were drinking and it was a good chunk of time before most of them were interviewed.

I hope the defense heard this part like I did and brings it up on Tuesday. Because that's a huge part of the cw case. The pieces of taillight. 💯💯💯💯🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

She's not credible. The whole group has suspicious behavior. Getting rid of cell phones they were told to keep, replacing the basement floor, getting rid of the dog, selling the home, not coming out when their yard is flooded with sirens and flashing lights. Video shows John and Karen loving on each other at the bar. No one has said they saw them not getting along. Dog bites on John's arm. And the latest, "tell them the guy never came in". They've had more than enough years to get it all together. Too much suspicious behavior to not have reasonable doubt.

Also Jen McCabe's "screaming" "crazy" "hysterical" is so over the top in description it seems rehearsed and off. AND those same descriptors are used by her sister Nicole Albert about Jen McCabe herself when Jen bursts into the bedroom of Brian and Nicole Albert - yet neither Matt, nor Jen, describe Jen's behavior in that way.... my suspicions grow with every word out of Jen McCabe's mouth.

At John's house, it doesn't make sense she's running around screaming when he's just missing and possibly crashing at a friend's house (and definitely not screaming Jen & Carrie's names rather than John's), and the camera footage confirms she wasn't doing that.

The ring camera shows Karen hit Johns car intentionally- because all 2021 Lexus have pre-collision and one of the features on the called PKSB - parking support brake - identifies an any object behind your car and will automatically apply the brake preventing the driver from coming closer than 6” to another car when backing up. Since it didn’t activate and stop her from hitting Johns car it proves Karen turned it off after starting the car. The only way to turn off this setting is going through a 7 step process using the buttons on the steering wheel. It’s the ONLY setting that resets back to the “ON” position each time the engine is started. That’s how I know she had to turn it off at 5am. when she started the car. So… why would she turn it off seconds before making that bumper tap with John’s car? To provide an explanation for the broken light on her Lexus.
