That’s great to know. Hope you do well and enjoy it! 👍🐟🐟🐟
That opening sequence was hilarious - you could almost see that ham barm going down his throat like an Ostrich!
Great video again Jon, love listening to your commentary, There's quite a few Anglers believe barbel belong in a river not Stillwater,.but like you I think they're a great addition to any lake, this just shows how they thrive in a lake, Well done bud All the best 👍🎣💪
Very enjoyable watching Jon . Lots of valuable information. 🦈🐟🦈.
More whiskers than Desperate Dan. Was it three maggots or cow pie they were taking? Great match again Jon, interesting venue, must take a look. Really enjoyed this one. 👌
As usual great to watch ya Jon 👍
great vid as always jon .chilled me right out thank you
Nice bit of Barbel Bashing Jon lad. Great idea with the lid off the maggot feeder. Must give it a try.
loved the video Jon, hard condition's again, would love to fish there never court a Barbel in my life YET, thank you,👍👍
brilliant just what i needed
Loved the video Jon. Tough conditions with the wind. Really interesting as always. Please keep them coming.
What much more can ya dooo ayy. Class as always Jon.
Another great video hard work in those conditions well done 🎣🎣🎣
Great video again Jon 👍🏼 Really like the different approach with the uncapped maggot feeder 🎣
Great section win John. Love the way you are not afraid to switch and change tactics or, set up a new, swim to keep bites coming. Forth ain't bad in tough conditions Well done mate.
Well done Jon, enjoyed the vid as usual.
Well done Jon glad to see what sort of fish there is in those lakes as we have three days fishing there in late July so once again well done and tight lines 🎣🎣🎣⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
Great video, well done Jon 👍
Another great video jon and a nice few barbel to go in the net 👍
great content as usual, well done
Another good job well done jon
Nice one, Jon. Assuming the bushes grow up again, cutting them back does prevent them getting too overloaded and risking branches blowing into the lake.
Nice one Jonny and you drew an end peg too!✨
Will have to give lid off a go, maggots just don't want to come out when it's cold even with enlarged holes. Another great video Jon 🍌
Brilliant video Jon I love catching barbel there's some proper monsters in Jack's at weston pools but do really prefer catching them out the river 👍
White Monster 👀 I dont go fishing without one!
Hi there Jon another brilliant video, we'll done on your section win. went on to Fish Matrix Barbel in still water your catch answers that .
This just popped up as im getting ready for a evenings barbel fishing on the thames. Must be a omen 😁
Understand your comments re Barbel in still water. I live beside Hampshire Avon and Dorset Stour so like to see them in Rivers but hey ho. Horses for courses mate. Brilliant entertainment as I have come to expect from a talented angler like yourself.
I was just about to turn off for the night and your latest vid popped up. Great watch as always👍
Great vlog Jon
Good video with great commentary. You right about the Barbel, Great fight, good size but no volume. Sell done though on match and Final.
Great video Jon, I'd not complain about catching barbel on a lake, only ever caught them on the rivers, 😁
Great video Jon really enjoyed that. I must try the the maggot feeder at so.e point
Well done JA “end peg” ... made a change
I,d love to have a go at those barbel myself. No lakes within about 40 miles with them in.Even without the carp you still got an envelope so did better than a lot of them well done. Looking forward to your next video, keep em coming. Liked and subscribed.
Well done John like you said some carp be nice
nettes Video wie immer von Dir grüsse aus Deutschland
Another different video, great to watch. I had to ask my daughter what ‘come on you MoFo’ meant… 😆 Cheers daft lad 👍🍺🍌
Nice Video Jon
fishing maggot feeder without lid for quick release..great tip..thanks
Fishing was too you. Watch the video without taking your eyes off. Have a nice day and the channel is growing 👍
Used to catch 2.1/2 to 3 pounders trotting with the stick float from the Trent at Hoveringham and by heck did they take some landing on a 13' float rod with 1.1/2lbs Maxima Chameleon main line which I think was about 0.12mm in those days ?? Another great video Jon. Not long to wait now for the warmer weather.

Sorry, it was at Attenborough (opposite the island) not Hoveringham.
Great video again Jon . When will these winds disappear ??!!!
Last Barbel I caught on the Ivel took over 30 minutes to get in the net 14Lb 14 oz 🙂 better fight than any carp
If you can get them on the tip your always gonna in the running Jon well fished
Nicely fished Jon. Not the best of conditions for presentation. Like the cap off idea, must admit I'd have been more tempted to use a window feeder.
Hi Jon, I've been following you for quite some time. And with great pleasure. And know that you are very good at fishing. so maybe a stupid question. But is iberian masters not for you. For there are now great names from England. But I miss you.
Nice video mate. A cheaper alternative to that 9ft bomb rod please?
I notice the wind is blowing into the corner where you're fishing. Did it push the fish into your swim?

Clearly not ha ha. The wind was horrific and generally they don’t follow early season northerly or easterly winds
New Pole Jon?
I was always of the understanding that Barbel are fast water river fish? Not true?
is Decoy near Peterborough ?
