Welcome to the start of the Think Planes Easter weekend Eggstravaganza live from Manchester Airport! Don't get too excited, this is a spring equivilent of the Spooky Spectacular and you know how much I love that!!!
But why not start the long weekend by doing some plane spotting with us. All kinds of Easter treats welcome to be consumed during the streams. I say this having currently got zero Easter related treats! But the coffee is stocked up and I got the breakfast bars so that's the bare minimum needed for the weekend!
Rain is forcast from around midday again so please keep everything crossed it doesn't start raining early again like it did on Wednesday. i have got some more rain covers though. One of these items is theme park style ponchos as I am so fed up of having a soggy coat! I know what you're thinking, Lizz, how will you and Simon cope with all the attention of looking so good and fashionable whilst Southside? Well we will just have to adapt, it's hard being trend setters but if you are really interested in looking as good as we will then I'll make sure to add the ponchos to the Amazon store front which I should add I completely forget about 99% of the time and don't actually use - it can go on the bottom of my to do list.

We always try to accommodate people who are flying in or out - please contact us with as much notice as possible and we may be able to catch you live!

4. Why are you always out so early in the morning?!
We want to catch the best movements at Manchester. Our heavy arrivals such as the Emirates A380, Qatar 777, Etihad 787. Singapore A350, Virgin Atlantic A330, TUI 787, Aer Lingus A330 etc arrive from around 6am so we always try and catch the best movements for you to enjoy!

Situated in the North West of England Manchester Airport is a popular choice for holiday makers and business travelers alike. As plane spotters we get treated to many different airlines and aircraft with the amazing ability to see them up close at many locations including Southside, the runway visitor park, the airport pub and many more. We see it all from the Emirates A380 take off to Ryanair landings (you can decide if they're hard landings!). Tnere are few other airports where you can get up close and see inside the cockpit of Etihad airways or a British Aiways A320 all in the space of one morning. We are the best place to catch live arrivals and departures at Manchester Airport.
