Everything about this trial is weird imo Not stating the legal grounds for exceptions, the way exhibits are being intro’d and marked with sidebars, her finishing the lawyers line of questioning if she overrules( ex. Did you see that? Do you know that?) apologizing to jurors clearly blaming the defense (I’ve only ever seen judges completely take the blame even when it’s the lawyers that are bungling time) allowing Lally to ask redundant questions over and over to each witness, half days, off days are so disjointed and on and on… It’s week 3 and not a single piece of evidence has been admitted to prove guilt of the defendant, no experts, medical examiner…that’s wild. I feel so bad for the jurors that are not getting paid/away from their families for this sham trial

Look at that taillight @6:04:00. Take a good look at it because the condition of that taillight in that picture is what completely destroys the credibility of all of the prosecution's witness testimony. Anyone who's ever driven behind someone with a broken taillight lens such as this, especially after dark, knows full well that it would be blatantly obvious there was something remarkably out of place about that taillight's operation. The light coming from it isn't red, it's unfiltered and it's much brighter. Or it's completely blacked out if the bulb, itself, is damaged in the process. Either way, you'd remember that detail because it would be so obvious. Not a single witness recalled that, though. Not even the three individuals parked directly behind the SUV at 12:10 am. What's even more telling about that is that witness for the prosecution, Richard D'Antuono and one of the individuals parked directly behind the SUV after prosecution claims this damage occurred, testified to not noticing any damage at all and he did not testify to there being a blatantly obvious bright white glow or blackout that should have been easily observed if that taillight was in that condition at that time. Even at a passing glance, you are definitely going to observe this level of damage as being obvious and you'd definitely have no problem recognizing and remembering it as such. So how many times do we have to call bullshit on prosecution's case? Kudos to most of the witnesses for not wanting to perjure themselves to entertain prosecution's wild theories but what's the point of calling witnesses that have nothing at all to add to the case? Nobody sees anything, nobody knows anything, a large man dies in a very busy yard in front of a moderately busy street and nobody, not a single individual, sees him? Bullshit.

How about when Jenn testified that when they got to John’s house to look for him Karen said to her and Kerri look look I broke my tail light and the three of them go to the back of the suv and look at the tail light and she saw that pieces were missing and testified that the pieces missing are the ones depicted in the pictures shown yet when they show video of them in the driveway before they go in the house she said she walked straight into the garage and you can clearly see that they never once went to the back of Karen’s suv not even Karen herself looked at the taillight. Clearly wasn’t on her mind as much as Jenn claimed just watch it it’s unreal

All I can say from first-hand experience is that, when there's a taillight lens damaged to the extent shown in the images, you notice it. There's no "Oh, I wasn't paying attention!". You, by default, notice it.

How many times does the judge need to tell the defense to stop asking the same question over and over. I get it, Jackson thinks the points he makes in his cross will be stronger if he asks the same question 15 different ways, but guess what, attorneys aren’t permitted to ask a question more than once. Hence the objection “ASKED AND ANSWERED!” Lilly should be objecting, but he’s not, so the judge has to step in and say “Stop wasting these jurors’ time!” And then he does it all over again with the next point that he wants to drive home. Sorry, Jackson, your strategy is obvious, but it’s against the rules!

I began researching this case as I do many others in my free time. I had an unbiased mind and always try and side with the evidence. I have never in my life been witness to something like this. On day 12 of the trial the defense has already secured reasonable doubt and has also exposed a massive web of corruption inside this small Boston suburb. Colin Albert was/is at the center of the Canton coverup and is the person or one of several people who beat Boston Police officer John O’Keefe unconscious in the basement at 34 Fairview Rd (34 Fairview Rd was owned by Colin Albert’s uncle Brian Albert who is a retired Boston fugitive police officer and trained MMA fighter) and threw his body in the road. My belief is that John O’Keefe was lured to this home and what was intended on being a simple fight/beatdown ended in John O’Keefe unconscious with severe head trauma, eyes swollen shut, broken nose, bleeding from his nose and mouth. John O’Keefe also had vomit on his pants. Not wanting to get 20 year old Colin Albert arrested, they took John’s body out through the basement hatch and threw him on the side of the road where unable to move John O’Keefe laid and froze to death until he was found later that morning by his girlfriend Karen Read. The arrogance of these people is astonishing. The tampered evidence, destroyed evidence, false reports, undocumented police interviews, the fact the lead investigator was best friends with the owner of the house where the body was found, the fact they never even asked to search the house, the fact that 45 pieces of red tail light was not at the scene until days later when corrupt investigators had seized Karen Reads vehicle. I could list 1000 things that are wrong about this case!! If you’re not watching this trial you should be! This trial could be anyone of us. Karen Read had no way of knowing that she was interacting with a mega connected canton Massachusetts family that had bad intentions from the jump!! She is an innocent woman that is currently at the risk of losing her freedom for LIFE. These people would have happily watched Karen Reads freedom be taken knowing she is innocent. Thanks to Online sleuths and bloggers like Aiden who used social media and online data to unveil the truth.

How did this woman become a judge?! She is bar-none the most biased and unprofessional legal professional that I have ever witnessed, even throws a small temper tantrum at ( 3:03:01 ). Is there some type of recourse for these phenomenally patient defense attorneys and their client Karen Reed? I shudder at the thought of what this judge does while sitting on cases that are not publicized for the whole world to witness via Live Court CAM. Ultimately, the people in Boston need to get to the polls and throw this one OUT!

What is Jen McCabe smokin? Just heard her Testify, that Karen, told her, John didn't come home last night, we got into a fight, and I left him at the Waterfall. Are You Kidding Me? Heather Morrow, saw a man and a Woman in Karen's SUV that was at a Stop Sign across from Heather, Ryan Nagel and Ricky. Ricky let Karen go 1st. So they pulled up behind Karen's SUV which stopped by the mailbox, with Ricky stopping closer to the driveway. Ricky's truck has a lift on it. So when Ryan's sister came out of the Albert's house, they spoke with the door of the truck open, blocking their view of Karen's passenger side door. That is when John entered the Albert's home. Karen pulled up a little bit, waiting for John to text, it was Ok. Ricky, Ryan and Heather Pull Off, going around Karen's SUV with the Interior light On, Both Ryan and Heather, saw 1 person inside that SUV, a Female with Long Hair. So now Jen, Tell Me Again, that Karen said she left John at the Waterfall Bar. Exactly! Drop the Mic 🎤

She was never seen backing up her vehicle, if she hit him it must have been that she didnt even know but thought about how she didnt see him enter the house & then saw her tail light but her taillight was broken by hitting his car at his house when she went home. So prosecution claims she hit john with taillight but taillight got broken hitting his car at his house & they have the video which they will show. As far as them alledgedly finding taillight in street well her car was back at fairview so it could have fallen off or proctor put it there because their was no taillight pieces found at the scene by detectives.

The black box on her Lexus proves that she did drive in reverse at that location at 24.2 mph for more than 60 feet . Moreover pieces of , the glass that John was holding are embedded are embedded in her bumper and pieces of her vehicle are embedded in John.

I remember, and it's important to note that the statement you're referring to was published in the Boston Herald on 2/2/22; the writer characterized the incident as an accident, not Yannetti. Yannetti stated, "At 4:30 in the morning, my client is placing multiple calls to the to the victim, in this case to her boyfriend, wondering where he is why he hasn't come home. There was no criminal intent. This was not some random stranger. This was my client's boyfriend, somebody with whom she was in love." Yannetti is using the legal term ‘mens rea’ to emphasize the absence of knowledge or proof of criminal intent at that time. I wouldn’t label myself as a ‘fan,’ but observing the trial from a juror’s standpoint, I find significant doubt.

No wonder KR was first to spot JO. Jen pointed out the line of trees on the edge of her sister’s property to help orient Kerry as she drove. JO was lying in the snow just beyond those trees. It seems reasonable that KR overheard JM and focused her attention on the area JM was pointing out. 6:18:51

I have a question, if I may, firstly, and unless the deceased, (with the greatest of respect), was really drunk, how could he have ended up in a position where he got hit by the tail light and more importantly, how would the driver / car been able to know where the deceased was positioned AND/OR, been in a position to build up enough speed to create a supposedly fatal knock down??? My point is, how would the defendant have known what to aim for?

And you don't have to be a medical examiner to come to the common sense conclusion that such impact would not have resulted in the victim being deceased, having 2 black eyes and scratch marks to the arm that looks more like an animal attack. How on earth do you kill someone with such force and only end up with a minor tail light crack? No bump on the vehicle, Nothing !! The defence is going to completely destroy jen mccabe next week.

Karen wasn’t friends with them and had never been to 34 Fairview. The connection was John knew Jen McCabe for 10 years but it was Jen’s sisters house (Nicole Albert). Karen didn’t even have Jen’s number in her phone bc they weren’t friends. When Karen found out John was missing, she had to wake up John’s niece to call Jen as she had Jen’s number. Instead of telling Karen the address (34 Fairview), Jen told Karen to go to her (Jen’s) house, then Jen convinced Karen to go back to 1 Meadows (John’s house) to make sure John wasn’t there, then finally they get to 34 Fairview around 6AM. Karen originally called Jen (from the niece’s phone) around 4:50AM, meaning Jen caused an hour delay for Karen to get to 34 Fairview.

She wasn't friends with KR, they were friendly because of John. And when they met up they were friendly. As a mother of 4 kids who is always busy, not much in common with a single woman with no kids. I would definitely text them and say what happened why did you leave? if they never showed up then I probably wouldn’t have texted but seeing the car there and then they left, it’s just kinda suspicious to me. KR’s attorneys have the patience of saints. I would not be as graceful with all the “sustained” BS she spews throughout this trial.

Karen complaining about the kids then she shouldn’t have gotten involved with a guy that had two kids

When they are caught in a lie, Judge wants to move on or sustains objections. She is a horrible corrupt human being.

Few more weeks.If you think this one is long check out Thugs trial, they are saying up to two years can u imagine? I couldn’t look at that group for 10 minutes much less two years.

LOLLIPOP SHOULD ALREADY HAVE THOSE PHONE RECORDS IF HE WAS DOING HIS JOB. INSTEAD, HIM AND JUDGE TRY TO KEEP PHONE RECORDS OUT.

Hard to understand what the attorney is saying at the end of this trial day while sharing their video in the snow driving to property.

Chloe was not in that house! There is no way you can’t recall a 80 pound German shepherd when busting in that bedroom room let alone walking in that front door. That dog would have been all over her. Shes lived in that house for 7 years. That is her territory! Lies

@brettmallo, 100% correct there is no way Chloe didn't know someone came into her house, let alone allow Jen to barge into the Albert's bedroom. Jen is so full of it.

Thought exactly the same,...we have a really tame Labrador and she sleeps in my room. She barks when someone ENTERS the house at the FRONT door...does not wait until after the person has walked all through the house and up the stairs....then to the bedroom....Dogs hear that. You will definitely remember whether there was dog or not in that room!! Our lab even barks when it is just my parents or brother....

I think she dropped him off first time around 12:30am right after the argument she has with him. And Higgins hit him with his jeep (plowing thing in the front) and she came back around 1:45 looking for him … to check if he didn’t go see one of his exes

The other theory is that she dropped him off at 12:30 am and Chloe attached him because around that time Brian A let her out to do her business. Then he was left unconscious probably somewhere near Higgins jeep with the plow front and before he left he drove over him.

When will live coverage begin

WHY would she scream "I hit him, I hit him, I hit him", for cops, paramedics, EVERYONE to witness, and why was Johns' blood on the broken tail light and on the bumper?
