Clearly, she hasn't told the prosecution that every time they bring up a witness they don't have to have them talk for 10 minutes about there was some snow though.

Wouldn’t you be if you were or your family or son were accused of something you had nothing to do with. Didn’t see any cover up. No one said she was angry with him. They said they noticed nothing different. The fact is she killed him. That is the facts. Looking elsewhere is fairytale stuff. Here’s another one. The he dog theory was never a theory. It was a media spin brought by the defence at the start but come trial time it’s taken off the table. Why is that ? Maybe because they knew it was not or could not have been any type of animal. DNA proved that. It’s a bluff. The defence are bluffing and So is killer Karen.

Because it bit and injured two older ladies a short time before they rehomed it. Don’t think too much into it, it means nothing. Those marks on John’s arm were not caused by an animal, unless it was a pack of hawks or other bird of prey with sharp talons. Think about it, look at the injuries in the photos, do they look like dog bites?? No, they don’t. Do dogs have sharp claws like cats or birds of prey that would cause injuries like that? No.Would those injuries be consistent with being ran over by anSUV and tore up by a multitude of things on the undercarriage of a 3 ton SUV? Yes! Karen Read is guilty. The wittinesses are guilty of a biased, shady, incompetent investigation,and possibly lying or exaggerating the truth on the witness stand. That doesn’t mean that Karen Read is innocent? Enough for a hung jury? Perhaps, but not likely. I predict she is convicted and gets 25-30 years in prison to think about what she did and the claims her and her lawyers made afterwards. Maybe she can write a book and with the proceeds pay the victim’s family and those she accused of a massive conspiracy.

In 2010 she was found guilty after driving drunk going the wrong way on a highway bridge in Quincy, crashing into a motorcyclist and costing him a leg. The victim forgave and hugged her in court, and she did just 6 months in jail. Now she sits in court casting judgement on Karen Read, who has never hit anyone while driving drunk.

The judge is biased

The defense team is doing a phenomenal job. And it’s actually helping the defense when the prosecution objects. When they object it gives the jury time to think about what they are hearing. Even if the judge sustains the question, it’s already had time to sink into the jury’s heads.

He gets real defensive about his son! His whole demeanor changes when he presses him about his son. How do you not remember who took that photo?! Pretty sure it was his son Colin!

Chris Albert acting like he doesn't understand the most basic questions makes him look suspicious. All the Albert's that have testified have done the same thing and made it so difficult for the defence to get a simple yes/no answer Defence: "I'm asking you to compare the distance from Waterfall bar to your home on Maple st, and the Pizzeria to your home on Maple st, do you see the difference?" Chris: "Yes i think so" Defence "Would you agree with me, your home is farther away from the Waterfall bar than it is from the Pizzeria" Chris: "I'm sorry i don't follow you" Defence: "Ok let's take it step by step.. Your home on Maple st is not on the same street as the Waterfall Bar correct? Chris: "It's off of the main st" Defence: "but it's not ON the same st?" Chris: "Oh, no" Defence: "And your home on Maple st is farther from the Waterfall than it is from the Pizzeria correct?" Chris: "oh yes" Great, only 5 minutes and 6 objections to get that answer? YES MY HOUSE IS CLOSER TO THE PIZZERIA THAN THE BAR. Why was that so hard to say?

@@MKD0804 um, you think the cases are remotely comparable? This happened within a few hours and wasn’t part of a grand plan to cover up a murder. So Karen was so drunk she didn’t realize she hit John but then in a few hours tried to cover it all up like some evil genius? Sure. They claim it was a drunk driving incident - later changed to second degree murder in a pathetic attempt to scare her into silence. The corruption of this dept is disgusting.

So Chris worked till approx 1am then walked home in the snow, remembers he went straight to bed without getting a glass of water or brushing his teeth but he doesn't recall if he was tired? Why not answer these simple questions. Why does he remember such specific things but not other basic info?

I had no opinion when this trial began. At this point, the points of doubt are too many to count. Not sure if it's an actual conspiracy, but the prosecution seems almost vindictive and definitely closed-minded in its charging of Read. The judge's bias on behalf of the prosecution is clear, too. I'm sorry for J.O.'s family and loved ones, too. The truth seems far away.

Agreed. However, when people say conspiracy, they usually think about huge, intricate plans. All it takes is a group of people at an accident that decide to cover it up to avoid getting into trouble. Maybe they didn't even plan on implicating Karen. After that, all it would take is 1 person planting evidence, and a brotherhood of cops believing and supporting their fellow officers.

Karen is NOT GUILTY!!

How many conflict of interests are there in this trial?! It’s crazy that the Boston police or anyone who knew these people would conduct the investigation..gross negligence and incompetence!

It’s always the question that is not answered that sticks in mind.

How can so many prosecutor supporters identify his obvious lack of quality and intelligence at raising objections then think the prosecutor could see a conspiracy if he was even implemented in it unlowingly by others or if it was in front of his eyes on paper? Wierd that as an officer he thought to take threats to other friends serious but a deceased officer on his lawn didn't need the support like he done that friend who said he was threatened by somebody. Has anyone noticed the amount of middle finger pictures the Albert's have? The shadow boxing! How much disrespect and arrogance can cops show and claim they are held to higher standards? This should be sign for any good cops out there to not back the blue and brotherhood because they might leave you to die and evade any investigation. How can guys like this and his family have the rights to assume duty when off the clock when this is how they act off the clock? Something seems to be aging his wife, maybe stress and guilt.

I feel like this witnesses brother needs to be where karen Read is currently 🤔
