It depends if they are hiring freshers, then basic troubleshooting skills is enough and they will definitely train you for any technical support jobs. I was freshers in Concentrix so they just asked for basic internet issues, printer and login issues etc. They provided three months of training before putting me on Production.

Hi bro You can search for desktop support job on various job portals. Initially you will get 25+in-hand but after 2-3 years experience you can ask 50+ in hand from other companies. You can also join BPO as a fresher technical support role. Make sure you get Technical Support profile even though your salary would less but experience after give much better hike... Learn Activite Directory, dns, azure fundamental, etc....

Now you can go with Technical Support profile and 1-2 year easily switch to IT companies. Means while keeping applying for IT as a fresher candidate. Also you can add some technical role in your current operation profile.
