Like any other country India has arrested some and hunting for the rest. Law of the land will take its due course. On top of that money was given as you said. So what more do they want? The couple too are to be blamed on this. They could have avoided if only they had used their common sense by staying at hotels or other cheaper accommodation. Even in the open they should have camped where there’s people around. It’s sad but they too are to be blamed. From Brazil they should know better using their own experience there.
