Live Forever (2024) Drew Berry wehi.tv
Ғылым және технология
A powers-of-ten plunge into the molecular mechanisms inside an egg cell that reset the biological clock to zero days old.
Ageing is an inevitable fact of life. But one type of cell can reset its age to zero and continue as the immortal lineage that will populate our future.
"Live Forever" is a multi-scale visualisation that combines microscopy and generative modelling of mTOR signalling pathway triggered by the presence of sperm.

This is soo beyond awesome! Spectacular work!
Wow! 👍🥰
amazing!
What implications does this have on other cell types? What have you learned here? Would be nice to even have some speculation (no matter how inaccurate it might prove to be later on as more is learned about these processes).
OMFUG. I have been waiting all of my life to see this!

@@Raj-tu1bi It's color coded, so you know what is going on. While it might look good, it's not colored in to look good as much as make the concepts being showcased easier to interpret, though they clearly used complementary colors so it also looks pleasing.
