HOLLYWOOD In Dayton kicked out an Owners Club member who basically lived in the Casino checking advantage slot machines daily. He turned playing slots into his job. Rumor is he was trespassed for 1 year. All I know is he's gone and heard their was an Asian group of players doing the same thing. The sad part is the Casino and slot manufacturers are responsible for creating this situation. They created progressive machines, pay by and all these psychological effects on video slots to keep the person playing and take their money. Money management and self control of knowing when to quit is very hard with the psychological lights, sounds, noises. Vibrations etc. They will never trespass u for losing everything u have, but how dare u win too much. C my point.

I've done that at my casino since August 2022. Haven't gone to atm to pull $ out to gamble with. $ only goes into the bank. Did so well I stopped working December 2022. I think people get kicked out not because they are advantage playing. But they are harassing other gamblers. I see advantage players eyeball fucking people when they are playing. That's rude and should get you thrown out. It's kind of like creating a hostile work environment. I used to be a server/bartender so I know how to be invisible

Advantage games are equal opportunity. All you need to do is have your head out your butt to play the games correctly so you dont leave them at an advantage. I do the same thing at PA skills games. The notion of the AP groups is interesting. I think it informs why, on my last Casino trip on June 5th, why I saw a Dollar Action game, without any progressive jackpots, must hit bys, or meters of any kind. Do you think that the two are related?

I went to Winstar this Thursday-Friday-Saturday and the buffet was awful. Sliced turkey tasted like mush and not a good selection of desserts. All veggies appeared to be soaking in butter and supposedly fresh fruit salad tasted like fruit had been frozen and thawed out. Definitely awful even though it was a comp meal. Meal not worth the price of the tip I gave the waitress.

Cosmopolitan Las Vegas has a good countermeasure to the Ultimate X video poker advantage player. They insist you play the max (10 coin) per hand bet. The machine will not allow a 5-coin per hand bet. I see very little or zero AP activity on the Ultimate X there.

On our last cruise, while playing the pig game, my daughter got 33 free games because the blue pig got to 33. So, yes, DesolatorMagic, the number on blue pig can get larger than 21.

Yes please create that slot machine so we can play, keep track of our spins, wins, and losses and see how it all turns out. Also make it so every individual can log into it play it so it's just for each individual and then maybe make a group one where everyone can go to your site to play it together and get to ten million spins. Let me know if your truly serious about making this as would be really cool and get more people to come to your site as well

The only way to make money on rich little piggies/hens is if you get blue and yellow together. I just played with blue at 38. All i got was the blue. It gave me $18.81 after spending almost $40. RLP is only an advantage game if you hit those 2 together. So technically not an advantage game. More of a best practices game. Makes no sence to play with a blue pig under 16. Thats only 9 more spins than the 7 you get for triggering only yellow or red. 👎 i only sit down at rich little piggies when free games is over 20. Emphasis on over

They hate Video Poker players because you're actually thinking while playing - even if it's 8/5 Jacks or Better. I personally like playing Video Poker because I can play a long time and not spend a lot.

In effect, anyone who knows how ainsworth or konami “must hit bys” work, are advantage players. The difference being, we also play other types of machines. Other than removing them ☹️, I wonder if they could increase the amount of coin in to move the jackpot slower or as another poster mentioned, require the players card be installed to “activate” the machine. I don’t have the answer to this because they’re not doing anything wrong or unethical. Until they start being rude to other players…. The casino is still getting a ton of coin in on these machines on average no matter who wins.

You have said multiple times the machines require a very large number of spins to notice the payback percentage difference, but on your cruise return video you said you could “feel” the lower payback percentage. Was that just recent play misperception or frustration or can you really tell from the amount of low return kickbacks?

There was probably some bias in that statement, mostly because of what the VP machines were set at. It could have been a short term sample size, but I played double diamond for quite awhile and it felt pretty rough.

In let's make a deal slot is the first briefcase chosen predetermined to be a fixed amount? If so and at the end you can switch is that under your control to improve the win?

It’s already been decided the moment you pick your case. It actually plays pretty similar to the game show.

Another way of looking at the must hit by machines is using it as a washing machine. These machines are a great way to launder money. Dirty money in, clean money out... with a profit 💰! This is something I heard talked about several years ago. An unassuming person sits down at a machine with a seemingly unending supply of cash, playing the max and waiting for the big payout. Think about it.

@@DurpenHeimer I've only been there a couple times. Had some luck on a fire link and some luck on a I love free games 3 reel. Saw one guy win 6,000 on a Ultimate fire link that was near the cashier's cage just a couple rows up from the bar. Midwest slots plays a lot in Madison if you want to watch some of her videos.

Are free drinks , casino designs, and perceived progression slots not an advantage play by the casino?

AP players still have to put money into the machine. By your own admission, you said the AP crew hit the must hit by at $9888. Money is green no matter who puts it in the machine. It's mostly the individual player that hits the bigger payouts, not the AP team. The casino could care less...no matter what they say. Money is money.

Dave just move your surplus towel stack and there is plenty of room for a top dollar machine.

Australia's largest casino, Crown Melbourne, requires every player to use their members card when playing slots, so these gangs wouldn't last long here. The actual reason for the card tho is to protect problem gamblers.

That's dumb to get rid of an Ainsworth to cut down on advantage play. They take in 100s of thousands of $ to give you that major. If it has to be hit eventually why would they care who takes it? As long as the ap isnt harassing the other slot players. Being penalized for being smarter than the average bear is bs. I cant help im a higher functioning intellect than people who cant win

If for example a 3 reel basic slot machine uses a random number generator that’s constantly running in the background, and the results of the bet you placed is based upon where that rng was at once you hit the spin button… couldn’t it technically be possible that every time the button is pressed that you could be dealt a losing hand? Like if it’s constantly running then I’m assuming a lot of spins over the life of the machine will be losing spins..wouldn’t that make it possible that like for a month everyone that played the machine only got losing hands? I mean it’s not probable.. but isn’t it still possible?

the probability of losing n games in a row is (1-probability of winning)^n. If the hit rate is 10% (one in ten chance of winning), then the probability of losing 10 games in a row is (1-0.1)^10 = 34.868%. The probability of losing 20 games in a row is (1-0.1)^20 = 12.158%. The probability of losing 185 games in a row would be 1/291833910, which is about the same odds of hitting the powerball jackpot

If an 'ADVANTAGE' player blew smoke or flipped ashes towards me - The person would need some serious medical treatment afterwards....That's all I'll say.....

At anytime the federal government could tell casinos they can't use money for gambling. If you get people complaining that casinos are treating people unfairly on playing a slot machine. Some regulatory agency is going to step in.
