Great advice as always! Specific to the last question you received. People should ALWAYS be aware that someone is ALWAYS watching! (and I dont mean just security!). In a recent jackpot HP I received I had a stranger walk up to me the very next day and asked if I put all of the winnings back into the slots. I didn't know the person, and did not see him the day before, but he definately saw me. Best advice: Always be aware of your surroundings.

I have been followed home twice after winning a sizeable jackpot. Fortunately I realized it and was able to change my route. Another reason to keep your gas tank as full as possible before you make that drive. I have also been approached multiple times in casinos and asked for money. I usually tell them it’s time for them to go home. Most of the time they agree.

Smoking in our local tribal casinos went out with Covid, and has not come back. I like it. They have designated smoking areas outside (some of which are heated in the winter). I vape, and have no problem going outside to do it (though I'll confess to maybe sneaking a hit or two in the bathroom from time to time). I love not smelling like an ashtray when I come home!

Totally agree with you Marc on playing for extended time vs. looking for the big win. I am a pretty new gambler. So far, Ive only taken around $100 or so to the casino per session, so my goal is to get a good 90 min - 2 hours of entertainment and try a bunch of different games. And if I win, hey, even better!

I want to win as much as the next person. Casinos for me are an escape. I'm at a casino to have fun and forget about the daily grind. Yeah, people want to win but enjoying the environment, talking to the people, grabbing a drink and good meal.... If I hit a decent win even better. If I can cover my dinner and drinks and break even... Thats a win for the night. Everything else is gravy.

I agree on the long play. We Plat at Beau rivage in Biloxi. The longer I can play the more fun we have. We adjust our bets accordingly.

In a way, playing slots is like fishing. Going out and having fun fishing and if you catch some fish, it's a bonus.

Tip.. if you do hit big and carry a lot of that win on ya and/or suspect being followed... roam through the casino for a while... that way, if anyone is following you, they are not only caught on camera FOR SURE.. their trail proving they are following you is also on the security camera's too

I'm a smoker, but in Illinois, you can't smoke pretty much anywhere, Casino's included...I don't mind getting up and going to designated outdoor area to do that...Let's me take breaks from the machines...

Only places I go (Vegas and Iowa) still allow it...I try to be considerate...I'll die out a smoke if older people are playing around me...and will apologize if I unintentionally blow smoke in someone's direction...Never had any complaints that I heard... Also though, there's no pleasing everyone...

I did go to the casino this weekend. Took $500, racked up 3000 points in comp $$$ and came home with $450. It was a pretty good day. Had a good run on Even More Huff N' Puff.

You guys are so worthwhile to watch and listen to. I get to see machines played that are not in my area and I feel like I am participating in the games with you. I'm still trying to follow and understand when you guys play the bingo card machines. Those types of games are not in the casinos I have by me. And the lower slot play, $3 to $10 bets attract me more than the crazy out of my money range high bets that I see on other channels. Yes, I won last year a little over 4k, I got a check for 4k and I think it was $120.- in cash. Worked well for me.

I wish I could find the pic I took in AC a few years ago. Two machines, side by side, one non-smoking, the other smoking lol. As a smoker, I can't stand being in a smoking section and having someone sit next to me and complain about my smoking. I had an old lady sit next to me once and started complaining about my smoking, took the ashtray off her machine and threw it on the floor under our machines and on my feet! That's when I shook my feet off towards her and told her that if she didn't like it to sit somewhere else, like in the non-smoking section! Gambling, booze, and smoking have always gone together. I never smoke where I'm not supposed to and am always curteous to non-smokers. Non-smokers need to start being more curteous to smokers when they are smoking in the correct area. We like to fully enjoy ourselves too 🙂

I think that all gamblers like us should be aware that the casinos always win in the long term due to the built in house edge for it's table games and slot machines. But we can definitely win in the short term though with a proper bankroll management. 🙂👍

Older machines were good at teasing a win, but the newer machines are really great at teasing players by showing 7-7-blank or double-double-blank multiple times every session. Better, faster computer chips must enable them to do that every five spins. 😣😂 I came in second in a slot tournament and they just held it at the cage so I had access to get cash while there and issued a check at the cage when I departed. The option to get a check issued for big wins is always available to players.

When I'm playing slots I don't want anyone talking to me or watching me although if they do talk I'm never rude I do have a hard time with people staring at me while I play if they're sitting next to me staring at my machine I will innocently stop and stare at their machine like I'm curious and they usually get the message does anyone else have this problem?

Great comment on payback %. We went to a casino outside of Toronto yesterday...only because my wife had a $95 freeplay offer. I don't like this casino. The majority of the slots are high-volatility, penny machines. It was a grind to find quarter to dollar slots (which didn't hit often), and the high limit room was mostly $10 and $20 machines with a couple of $100 slots. Lots of flashing lights, too much noise and too many people. At least it was smoke-free 😂! Thanks to our freeplay i got some late evening line hits and was only out $140 at the end of the night 😅. At the end of the day, payback will always seem lower when trying to grind out a win on high-volatility slots.

I smoke. I’ve been smoking for almost 40 years now. I don’t mind not being allowed to smoke indoors. I get it. It’s gross, and non-smokers are not going to like me blowing smoke around. I don’t want to annoy anyone like that. But a great point was made in this video. Casinos love smokers! Casinos, liquor stores, drug dealers… It’s a bit disturbing.

We only go to casinos about once a month on average - sometimes more frequently if we happen to be in a spot that has one. Our budgets are low - we go with $300 - $500 generally and almost always leave with something.

"People don't play to extend their time playing, they play to win something worthwhile." If that's why you gamble, you're going to be disappointed most of the time. Personally, if we play 2-3 hours and break even by the end of the day, I'm happy. I'm there to have fun, not to "hit it big". That's why we generally follow the 1% of your cash bet method, or less. Sure, the wins are smaller, but it lasts 3x longer.

How about making a video about what to expect if you hit something like Megabucks or Wheel of Fortune?. You can cover things like how long does it take to confirm that I won(?), will the casino automatically put you in a suite & is it free(?), what are my payout options(?): lump sum vs yearly payout & how long do I have to decide(?), how much will go to taxes(?), will they give me some cash up front(?), should I hire a lawyer or accountant(?). I know that it is a super duper long shot that it will happen(slim to none), but I think it would be an interesting subject for a video....Awesome info in your videos by the way!

Slots are an escape for me and I've been going to the casino for about a 8 months now at least once a week. I've learned a lot through just playing and from your channel. I feel my play and decision making has improved. Still had a couple times where emotion took over and I took out more money to chase, and lost. Lately the last 5 visits I've not been up more than $100 (only once in five visits) with a $600-1000 bankroll and lost my bankroll every visit. I know it's just how it goes, but losing all the time gets tiring and I hope I can take a break for at least 3 weeks. It's become a weekly habit for me to go out for my time-off.

Most likely not - The only scenario where I know this can happen is if you hit one of the mega jackpots, like Megabucks or Wheel of Fortune.

I always try to stretch my time at a Casino. I don't go there expecting to win...I go to go out and have fun. When I lose, It is frustrating of course because I'd rather win....but If I can go out and spend a few hours and only come out a few dollars behind...I'm good with that.

17:25 I've heard that some casinos will Direct Deposit some or all of your large hand pay(s).

A question I wish to ask to be sure for my next stream is about RTP and multiple jurisdiction connected slots to mega jackpots. Just not to miss inform a couple of my viewers. Is area wide progressive part of each individuals machine RTP calculation?

Your best chance of winning is not to play them. When I play slots, I go with the expectation of not winning and I'm never disappointed.

When I play, I always wind up with about 80 percent of my original bankroll after about 3 hrs. My typical session. I olay different types of favorite machines. I think that's a great approach - There isn't a correlation to be made between you ending up around 80% and the payback % - it's just too small of a sample size. But, your method is sound - it shows control, allows you to enjoy different machines and every now and then you'll leave up.

I was a smoker. I quit almost 20years ago. I don’t particularly like being in Smokey rooms either. But what you who’ve never smoked don’t understand is smokers will go to the casino that allows smoking. If it’s one casino in Vegas the majority of smokers will go there and avoid non smoking places as a general rule. Where non smokers seem to not go exclusively to the non smoking casino like park mgm. It’s stays busy enough mgm keeps it non smoking. But it’s not slammed with non smokers. I’ve never walked in there and not got on a table or machine because it was to busy. The examples I always see are Illinois casinos and such where it’s a state law to be non smoking. So smokers don’t have a choice. When the state of Tennessee went non smoking they gave bars/restaurants a choice. Nonsmoking could be all ages. Smoking would be 21 and up. The state said make a choice you have 6months to decide if you want to stick with your choice or change your mind. A local bar/restaurant chain went all ages non smoking. Thinking they didn’t want to lose their Saturday afternoon business because of kids. And they were slammed on Saturday afternoons. Within 3 months they switched to smoking and 21 and up. They lost all their evening smokers. And the non smokers who were friends with smokers followed the smokers to other bars. Didn’t matter why band they had or drink special they tried. Smokers didn’t want to go outside in the rain or cold. Their nonsmokers friends didn’t hate smoking enough to not hang with their smoking friends. If you let money talk it speaks well. Your other choice is let daddy government mandate everything. I’ll just let my money talk. If smoking starts bothering me enough I’ll go to park mgm in Vegas and give mgm my business. Until then I’ll go where I like the dealers and I get good comps.

Same RNG, but the payback % could be different. However, always play within your comfort zone - the payback % difference will not be something you can detect in any single play session.

Happy Monday as well fellas! Breaking news: I don’t drink or smoke but enjoy gambling. Almost all of my jackpots have been won in smoking sections. People who enjoy gambling put up with the smoke because their enjoyment of gambling outweighs the negatives of smoke. When I get home I jump in the shower if needed.

Casinos here in California don't serve free alcohol, at least here in Northern CA.

I beg to differ. Smokers who go to casinos could go outside to have a smoke, and they're back in the casino in 5 minutes. If you're a non-smoker there's no escape, as the smoke travels. I bet most smokers would still go to casinos, if they had to go outside, while non-smokers will stay away completely. As a former smoker myself, I always enjoyed smoking in restaurants, and bars, while such an act is illegal now. Casinos are the only establishments now that allow this health risk.

A topic / question I haven't seen, on any slot channel. Are there procedures or rituals [Not necessarily superstitions] that you guys ""always"" undertake when you go on a trip? Do you treat events that occur on the way as "omens" or as a "good sign" for how your trip is going to go? And do they usually work out for you? Yes. This probably [definitely] is a form of confirmation bias, to be sure. As for me, I'm just waiting for the one trip I go on, where nothing happens to my car. I've hit raccoon, had brakes start to fail on me because they froze [literally], and my recent trip the car randomly stalled out on me, before I got out of my subdivision. Related, my last winning trip was before most of this, back in 2022.

It’s a common question, hopefully with it on the Q&C it will get more exposure.

Bigger bets = bigger wins. Bigger bets = bigger losses. Do not over bet. Playing with a $500 budget.... Min bets = play all day. Max bets = go home early.

That one is not true. many of us just like to play slots and want to play for a while on minimum money. Some play slots on the computer that pay NOTHING

Question: Do you guys mostly plan your casino gambling location due to work commitments, invitations/conventions, local casino, or on the fly, etc...

Ha! No, we both have regular day jobs - This is just a hobby for us. :) Yes, the long you can play at a machine, you generate more "coin in" (played money through he machine) which generates more comps.

Not wise to leave large amounts of cash in your car -- too many crazies out there that will follow you and bust your car windows in your car in an attempt to steal your cash. I would strongly recommend not taking cash and storing in your car while you are playing in casino.

If you're in Vegas, please don't leave cash in your car. There are warnings not to leave valuables in your vehicle posted at most casino parking lots. If your vehicle gets broken into it's your liability. And if you use valet parking, don't trust the casino/hotel to take extra good care of it. A few days ago a Range Rover that was valet parked at Paris was stolen. Someone took the ticket from the guest's hotel room, claimed the vehicle and drove off. Fortunately the owner found it using a tracking app. It was parked near another casino and the plates were swapped. Be alert when in Vegas.
