I feel like he felt super pressured with like 4 people and a camera around him, just my 2 cents. He was definitely a nice dude, but he low key felt like he was trying to escape the conversation.

Sam needs to pause more and let the guy answer. Especially when he said “is this making sense?” Great pitch, but HO was not participating much. Also, I’d keep the trainees on the sidewalk.

What is this, the prospect was literally there to listen to the deal, as soon as you heard him say low credit score you peeled away on the softest objection lol, in my opinion, if the guy had a higher credit score and was the perfect prospect, you should have dug a little deeper and clarified the financial situation, I never heard the ending of this story, why is it $0 down, what's the deal, how is he saving money, how fast is the installation, how secure is the roof, benefit of solar, new roof saves on insulation of heat in winter, yada yada yada, come on, I want to see a deal man!!!!!

Not a good training.You pressured the guy and lectured him for almost half an hour and at the end he said no.what a waste of time!!!
