looks like you have the latestversion of the MI6 so link issues should be solved . personally i miss the very deep whispery signals without headphones . then again i never do parks and mostly fields so things are often deeper and further between in fields vs a park . but this is personal pref isent it . and the myth of swinging slow to get seperation and depth is kinda funny . i hear it all the time , while the truth is depending on your settings ofc , swinging as fast asthe program lets you punshes deeper

I gave up trying to pair the pointer as well. It doesn't work all the time.

I think the pairing uses more battery and Since I don’t video, I turn the pointer audio off altogether.

The MI-6 can be sent in, and they will replace the circuit board, and that will totally fix the connection issue.

I do not like the Mi6 paired to the detector anyway. The tones are horrible

If that is an older pinpointer you can send it back to XP for them to update it so it will pair correctly

I prefer to not pair to the remote. The pinpoint audio on the remote is awful!!

Good info.... was hard to tell, but are you using the Deus 1 or Deus 2 in this video?

I am so angry about this crap pinpointer that my buddy uses ! I never wanted any pp that connects to my Deus- the irony wants that HIS MI6 keeps turning off my Deus even if he's walking almost out of sight. Happened years ago when I had a deus I and now with my Deus II. And then some people complain that it doen't connect properly to their deus.. my problem is the opposite. Never did any pairing but it interrupts my hunt several time per half hour. Unbelievable. Why you need to go through pairing if it 's going to hook on to any detector in the 50meter range ??

I could never get the MI-6 to work properly with the Deus 1 and Deus 2.

I am exactly the same way. If I wanted to listen to music....I would spin some f...ng vinyl. If I click on a metal detecting video....I want f...ng metal detecting, not f...ng music. Don't get me wrong I love music. Music in a metal detecting videos turns me off faster than anything else. I promise promise promise I will never ever ever ever put music in my videos.
