People always misunderstood the intentions here. The point of it all, was they're actually mocking racist people. They're highlighting how utterly stupid some people are, and that's what makes it hilarious.

The reasons that this show is funny is because it is based on truth! It highlights the differences between people and cultures that actually exist and that’s what makes us laugh.

What at time this was, jokes about everyone and everything and no one is offended. Like it should

I mean how could you be offended by someone who just shows that some people are ignorant, and I bet so many people have met someone ignorant or rude. They just exaggerate at times and make it into brilliant comedy. Sad that people get offended, since even the actors get it.

I don’t think people find the show in its entirety offensive, I love this show- loved it when I came out and I love it now but with the lense of hindsight there is something wrong with two white men in black or yellow face taking the mick out of people who at the time didn’t matter enough in society to have a say one way or the other. The people you’re calling ignorant, insecure or sensitive might just be people who get to have a voice just as you do and speak out when something feels wrong. This show wouldn’t get made today not because people are now snowflakes but because people now don’t think that perpetrating stereotypes of other people than your own is particularly funny; if you do then honey maybe you’ve got some prejudice to look at😊

As a Canadian (South Asian decent), I LOVED LITTLE BRITAIN 🇬🇧so much! 😊

It was the best, funniest comedy show ever on British TV. It only didn’t become a classic because it ended after one season, and then has been stymied by the PC Brigade. Wish they would do another but feel it would be so watered down it wouldn’t be the same.

Simon is so much to put up with, his loving doting wife is his co pilot, and shes just checking that hes not screwing in the toilet like he did that one and only time, possibly.

This show was comedy gold. They make fun of everyone Wich is what comedy is all about. But no one can take an offensive joke anymore And it's sad. That's what makes comedy comedy

I could be wrong but I think I remember another character they had from this show... I can't imagine why they would choose to omit that specific character but still be willing to make money from the royalties from the show without any type of acknowledgement or apology regarding it. Nothing like going back and erasing history to avoid culpability.

All the people in chat saying 'if only the woke's hadn't ruined everything.' This show literally isn't un-PC or offensive in anyway. And in fact the character of Ian foot is poking fun at the 'I'm not racist but...' types, and the Ferghal storyline is poking fun at homophobia. Matt Lucas is gay and a secular Jew, I bet if he got famous today the 'everything I don't like is woke' brigade would be up in arms about an openly gay, ethnic minority daring to be on their telly's...
