I just checked on the web and it says that by August 2023 there were 60 - 80 million empty apartments not including the residential empty Homes. Apartments is a depreciating asset as its value decreases over time whereas in Residential units we have an independent plot of land.

In India it is possible, one motor bike can ride up to 25 soldiers, one train can load up to 10x of passengers limits.

The best solution is to make schools heat proof or heat resistant. start the school at 8.30am and finish by 4pm. Make midday break for 1.5 hrs (recess time) so that kids can take a rest or nap. In this way the majority of the heat wave time kids will be in the school under the roof. Or simply make the summer vacation for 3 months and give kids some extra homework to do.

No person with common sence will buy these property from his hard earned money. 🤔🥺

I learn so much from First Post. I like to know what's going on around the world and find Western Media to be too biased and obsessed with issues that aren't very important. I think it's very interesting so many people who follow this youtube channel don't live in India. That speaks to this news outlets dedication to providing the facts. I also appreciate the context Palki Sharma often provides. For the most part she includes background information with every news story which is very helpful. A lot of other news outlets don't do that so your left with some story about something that happened with no context so you have no idea what it means or why it's even news.

There's no way financially that China subsidizing every industry including the one we are talking about that goes into cars. When a nation like China suffers economic crisis affecting real estate. Agree the empty millions of living homes need to be made affordable or those who are in great need of housing and cannot afford a home the XI Govt should consider and bless these very poor and needy Chinese people with a home to live in with their families rather than leaving empty.
