Had the day off so I almost drove to Fort Mifflin to watch it go by, but way too hot out to be standing in the direct sun for very long. Couldn't think of another spot that might have shade on the PA side of the river so just watched all the live streams inside with air conditioning.

They can do that at the dock with volunteers. Drydock costs by thr day, no reason to do anything that can be done back at the normal dock
