As delicate as this case is, even if you think a gun is not loaded you never point it at anyone including yourself. In the movie industry a camera angle can be used for the desired effect without putting anyone at risk.

This trial is such a sham New Mexico is an embarrassment as a state. There’s no way they’re gonna convict this guy and even if they do, he’s gonna get a slap on the hand.

Nothing should happen to him... the firearm expert handed a loaded gun to an actor on a film set... this is in no scenario his fault... I can't stand him or his tds but I refuse to pretend he's to blame

They're just trying to make their name by convicting a famous person. Stop this phony baloney trial. It was a tragedy but Baldwin is not responsible.

Personally, I think Baldwin had one of his well-known temper tantrums, and instead of pointing to the side like he knew how to do, pointed directly at her and fired - maybe, possibly thinking to scare her with a blank. And with live ammo (WHY???) on set that was a guarantee of injury.

Why are live rounds on the set of a movie?

I’m not a fan of Alec but he’s had to live with the anguish of killing a person a friend.He didn’t do it on purpose .The armor put a real bullet in the gun She should know a real one from a prop.I’m not a fan of Baldwin but this was an accident a horrible accident😢

It is a well established safety principle on set to ALWAYS point to the side of anyone in front of the gun - and Baldwin was well aware because he had given a safety lecture to everyone the day before. Safety principles that were being ignored enough to cause several employees to quit - some that very morning. IMO, he's guilty as "H###".

He walk out of the court room after prosecution called him a lyier . Name me 1 other citizen that would do that & not stopped by courtroom deputies & cuff & stuffed on the spot. Alex Baldwin thinks and acts like he totally way above all the laws the rest of us must follow. Guy needs years of re training in General Population of prison system. Nobody should be above our laws we all must follow.

Your dumb and obviously never owned a gun.. they teach you to never trust someone telling u a gun is clear you still have a responsibility to clear it before you point it at someone and shoot it.. and it's not like he pointed and shot it during a movie scene where he was playing he's part . He pointed at her and shot when they were not filming a scene it's he's fault he belongs in prison..
