Nothing against the cast. The writers thinking aang not bending a single drop of water in book 1 water is insane...

Overall I would give the series 7 out of 10 the anime was far more superior in every way but at least it did better than the actual movie they tried to create

I think zuko was the best part about it katara was bearable but her mastering of water bending was rushed and it was just like out of nowhere. And ang the actor who plays ang is f****** awful I'm sorry either it's the writing or him or both but it's just so bad.

The actor for sokka is doing a fine job. But I'm a little confused by his acting choices. His eyes like.... have no expression. He doesn't have that action star eyebrow line that allows a bunch of actors to substitute most emotions in their eyes with that pensive squint they all seem to do. So every time he's on screen it feels like he's just running lines and it pulled me out of the immersion.

I'll do you one better in your fire lords entrance...as he enters, all the flames in the room become way more brighter (just like how Iro's breathing affected them flames in the 2nd comet)

Only azula and her chumby friend cast wrong all well but aang season one no water bending suck

Solid 7 for me. Im still anticipating Seasons 2 and 3.

I feel like monologing for big bad has become a bad trope and almost feels like a lazy plot setup
