just wow. this was extremely well put together. the overall general creepy atmosphere, the huge buildup using flashbacks, and then the swift reveal of the real world. all of it put together in this fashion just makes for the best damn short animation I've ever seen. and the actual animation quality itself was spectacular.

Legit an amazing story, imagine if somone could create a full movie like this.

I watched this back in the day and I'm hear again over 10 years later. This reminds me of that Twilight episode where 4 people wake up in a metal cylinder. It basically ends the same way more or less but I wouldn't be surprised if they drew insipration from that. I mean we see this and it's mundane, but seeing it from the perspective of a toy and it becomes a horror story.

Yeah its always fun doing a scene from Star Wars and having a random dinosaur coming in to eat people. Kids, this was a time before the internet were a thing.

I have to thank the KZread algorithm for putting this in my feed. I like watching non-mainstream animation and this video is a perfect example of many of my likes. The crisp lines, bold colors and character designs are truly top level. I especially loved that the goofiest looking character turned out to be the most complex, next to the boy anyway. Great stuff! I haven't looked yet to see if this channel is still active, but I'm liking and subscribing anyway.

At first I thought the guy was insane with an overactive imagination or was able to see into a hidden world other humans couldn't, but dam... that twist and ending. Superb animation! Everything about it was just spot on and fantastic! If those two kids were real I have a feeling they would break ground on the a couple dark genres in the movies.

I have a feeling this is a lil fun thought experiment on how someone as strange and messed up as Quentin Tarantino must have been like as a child... Really, the only difference now is that all-grown-up Quentin uses actors instead of toys.

Come now.. Well all dreamed up worlds of our with violence and terror and acted them out upon toys. No one is in the wrong here as it would be viewed normally as kids just playing with toys. What this shows is how dark our imaginations can be and how the only thing separating our selves from a murder is the act of murder its self.

Trashy Ghostly when I was younger I would strip my barbie dolls naked and quickly open the door to the bathroom- didn't matter who was in it - and through them in there as fast as I could and yell "BARBIE!!!!" At the top of my lungs and it was the funniest shit ever

I liked the story. It’s funny that the stories are made by children because I didn’t expect that. The animation is very pretty.

This animation truly is a work of art.

The thumbnail gives up the major plot twist. If it wasn't for it, I would have been intrigued by the Alice is Dead vibe this short gave me most of the time.

I really love the concept of the story, great characters and nice artwork. Big props to the creator, there was a great plot twist with the girl. I love the bunny because he has a sinister personality. I also love the fact that the cop was literally a pig.

I really liked the animation style. I think that the story and the animation style really went together. The story was unexpected.
