From the corpulent, heavy breathing to the inexplicable, gravity-defying ceiling crawl, the Doctor is easily the creepiest enemy in the game.

Really, I think this looks exactly like Dr. Phil. But only if he didn't have a mustache

For those that are freaking out, he's actually burning in a cremation chamber, which burns at a very intense heat. So he did kind of get the fast way out, but also experienced some major fourth degree burns before kicking the bucket. That's also why his screams weren't long, cause he got roasted super quick.

To be fair, the moment that he dedicates himself to killing you both in earnest is the same moment that you cut off one of his patients' life support for the sake of a distraction.

Cremation chambers are bad ass. Some of them hit the body with mini flame throwers all over. The body sort of flicks away one piece at a time. It’s pretty wild to see the physical form of a human turn into carbon.

Fun fact: you can beat the hospital level without killing the doctor

@@sigmaaicore1652 you lock him in the furnace and then don’t activate the lever to burn him, instead just go to the lever for the elevator and pull that with six’s help, then go in the elevator and you will have beaten the level without killing doctor.

Honestly, by little nightmares standards he isn't that bad of a dude. The patients are said to adore him and they probably went there of their own free will, and he's literally just doing his job. Is the job fucked up? Yeah absolutely, but so is the rest of the city and he's obviously not a bad doctor considering his patients seem perfectly alive even without their heads.
