Always considered one of my life's greatest pleasures is having seen Little Feat in 1977, fronted by the great Lowell George, backed by the tremendous Richie Hayward, accompanied by the wonderful Paul Barrere, with Billy, Sam and Kenny of this incarnation. They opened for Fleetwood Mac at the Forum in Inglewood, CA., but Feat was why we went! What a great, great band!

1988 I was on St John’s in Virgin Islands and a guy asked iff I heard Waiting for Columbus. I had not. I bought it a day or two later. One of the finest records I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. Masterpiece

Washington D.C stood still when Lowel died. Washinton DC was the biggest fan base. It was a great time living there when Feat came back to town.

I lived in Anne arundel county back then, a friend was a dj on Whfs in Bethesda. He gave me a copy of Linda Ronstatd and Lowell George in an promotion/interview/impromptu awesome mini acoustic concert. D.C. sure did love Little Feat

I say JUANITA!!!! One of the greatest songs ever. Much appreciate the video, they still have it. Waiting For Columbus is in my top 3 all time favorite live albums after Europe '72 & The Allman Brother Live at the Fillmore East. Someday Spotcheck Billy will get some hit & run. Peace!

Unbelievable "Times Loves a Hero" on this performance. The instrumentals and solo performances will blow you away. Starts around 28 minutes and runs for about 20 minutes. Strap-in and get ready for an incredible performance. It will bring you back decades to some amazing writing by Lowell.

So good to hear this music live and breathe! This is a very legitimate “Little Feat” quality wise, and I saw em in 1978…. Every bit of this show was top notch! Better than when I saw them 10 yrs ago. The new guitarist/singer really completes the sound.

Paul was a close friend, he would have wanted Feat to continue. Nice new line up, but with Kenny on Bass, Billy on Keys, Sam on percussion and Fred on guitar there will always be a Feat!

We attended our first Little Feat concert mid-70s at the National Theater in DC. The huge cloud of smoke that persisted during the show kept the place very happy. Don't know how the National withstood the bass speakers! We still don't know how we got home, so forget designated drivers who simply breath during the show. The Feat will always be our favorite band. Thanks for sharing the magical videos!

WOW. Just realised this through a cider haze, if my favourite footballball team (Cardiff City) can change their players each season, then so can my favourite bands. To be fair though, Feat are doing better than Bluebirds. Still not Toshack and Dwyer though is it. 😅
