Those people are superstitious nincompoops. Black cats are no less deserving of love than any other cat! They are beautiful and intelligent. I’ve actually had the pleasure of knowing several black cats through my life ever since I was a baby, cause my mom had a black cat with a bob tail, and got her a few years before I was born! Her name was Pumpkin. ❤🐈‍⬛

​@@erinb58 Born to a stray cat maybe, a feral cat no. The kitten is too friendly. A feral mama cat would have taught her babies to avoid humans. This baby doesn't know a stranger. Whoever adopts this little cutie will get a real treasure. 🙂

The kitten's eyes are still blue. It shouldn't be away from its mother yet. Too young.

​@@PawMeow I've noticed that you have vitiligo, you may want to research about copper supplements among others that will reverse the vitiligo and bring back your proper skin pigmentation. Depending on what county you live in , I suggest you find out what the most comprehensive multivitamin/multimineral supplements are and add extra copper supplements to it. I don't have enough information about you such as which country you live in and what your weight is to give a proper recommendation on what you can do or research, but definitely look into copper. Good Luck !

I used to have an AMAZING black cat. His name was Tobias and he was born on Halloween. He had been taken to the shelter I adopted him at after somebody found him hit up with multiple bb gun pellets. He was the sweetest and gentlest cat I had ever met. It took a week for him to even let me within feet of him, but once I gained his trust he never wanted to leave my side - sitting on my lap or laying on my chest and making biscuits on my clothing while purring like a motorboat ❤️❤️

Thank you so much for both rescuing the kitten, and feeding the dogs! Even though these dogs seem friendly, it can be dangerous for a tiny kitten to be near big dogs like that! I’m so happy you took this baby in and gave her a bath! I hope you can find a family for her!

OMG. I was almost yelling out loud with how CUTE she is. I'm sitting here looking at one of the rescues from our not-so-feral momma. All I can't think about all the babies like her out there. So awful to see what seem to be former family pets abandoned in this way! 😔 I'm glad someone is feeding them - hope perhaps there is TNR possible too (neutering & re-release) so that their population will not grow internally without the resources needed to support that?

Crying fr, this sweet little angel reminded me of my own cat when she was just a wee kitten. Thank you so much for taking her in, while that area may have been a feeding spot, the other stray dogs and cats around knew their way around and could probably steer clear from any cars or each other. She was just so little and young, she was so happy to be taken in and I'm hoping she'll find a wonderful new family now as a rescued little angel!

Black cats for me represent good luck, long time ago take a little two babies like those kittens and named both of them, Lud and Zallen, they not became my pet's better than that they became my family.

She looks like one of the kittens that my daughter and I rescued around 20 years ago.
