Im Lithuanian and what i can say that we barley dodged a bullet here very tense game and beautiful play by both teams ivory coast gave all they can and Lithuania should take this as lession that strong teams this year playing and if we want W form Olympics we need to work on that Defence anyway Im happy for my country and ivory coast well done lads.

​@@gdgust2547at least better team actions coordination, ability to readjust on defence, less silly mistakes, being less intimidated by close contact, hitting more open shots... Lithuania can and should improve in almost everything, you cannot write it down only on lack of rest between games.

Ivory Coast deserved victory here, they really played by heart and i think they wanted that victory more then Lithuanians. On other hand although now stronger for Sabonis, Ulanovas, Grigonis, Lekavicius Its seems to be that Lithuania played much better last year on FIBA World Cup , and why Valanciunas is not here, also they miss Brazdeikis and I think that Kariniauskas deserved to be here, he always played with special energy and passion for national team, he was one of the most positive surprises on last FIBA World Cup and definitely a hero in those great victory against USA Team.

Valančiūno nėra, nes jis iki šito turnyro neturėjo kontrakto NBA ir negalėjo žaist, Brazdeikiui visą sezoną Batrzokas neleido žaist, Karniausko forma kritus. Bet nežiūrint viso to, Maksvytis nepaėmė kelių gerų gynybos žaidėjų : Giedraitis iš Žalgirio ir Normantas iš Ryto. Maksvytis nėra aukšto lygio treneris, buvo išmestas iš Žalgirio. Tas pats jo laukia ir dabar.
