You should listen to the Highlander soundtrack! ❤ And yes I do think this is the most universally loved song of the last 50 yrs at least! Of not it should be!
"The Show Must Go On" is the tour de force for Freddie Mercury. One of the last songs recorded before he died and the voice was absolutely amazing.
Freddie was one of the greatest front men in rock history. His performance at Live Aid in 1985 is the stuff of legends.

This is by far the best Queen song ever. I loved this song for a long time. I recall doing the whole Wayne's World movie scene with my buddies while playing this song. Good times, good times.
I can never get through this song without acting like the boys in Wayne's World when it gets to the rocking out bridge. 😂🤘

I still remember where I was & was watching Countdown Sunday night on the ABC Australia when this came out. Music videos changed that day.
I don't know how many times I have listened to Bohemian Rhapsody since 1982 when I was in elementary school until now.
When Bohemian Rhapsody came out, I first heard it on a local radio station. I was totally blown away as nothing had ever sounded like that! Then I had to wait to find out what group this was as the station played a few songs in a row then said what they played. Very shortly after that and a visit to a record store, I bought A Night At The Opera.
Diane’s rocking out my favorite Queen song is somebody to love
Your reaction was precious. My favorite Queen song is an older one _Killer Queen._ The song has a clever lyric and great music with accents peppered through it. The solo guitarist, Brian May, had been working on his doctorate in Astrophysics when he joined the band. After Freddy Mercury passed away the band went on hiatus. During that time he decided to finish his doctoral thesis, a difficult analysis of dust in interstellar space, and in 2007, at the age of 60, became Dr. Brian May. This year he was knighted by King Charles, and is now fully titled as Sir Doctor Brian Harold May. _I am not worthy!_ If you haven't already considered Guns n' Roses, then try _Welcome to the Jungle._ I still think a departure from classic rock might be in order for a change. You might enjoy Billy Joel's _Piano Man_ or Harry Chapin's _Taxi._

Radio gaga. Don't know why, but its been stuck in my head forever.
I'm so glad to see your reaction to this one! I consider Freddie Mercury to be the best singer every - his voice is incredible, his sense of timing, etc. We lost him much too young.

Happy Wednesday Diane! This was another great song to listen to and react. My first exposure to this song was when I had seen the film "Wayne's World" and saw him and his pals rocking out to this gem! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and reactions to this classic! Have a great rest of your week Diane and be well! 😎👍♥️🎉
“Don’t stop me now”
thanks for another Pleasant trip down memory lane
My 13 year old granddaughter heard this song when her mom played it on the radio in the car. A went nuts over it. She must have listened to that song 10 times that day and was singing along by then. If you want to see the best performance of Queen watch the video of 1984 Live Aid. It was said it was not only the best performance of the festival but, seen as one of the best performances of rock ever. It's like 20 minutes long but, you will be stunned and be as excited as the crowd that day.

You look like your having so much fun with this song. This is my favorite song from Queen.
Phenomenal. Remember when it was released. 🎶❤️🎶
Best Queen Song ever: Spread your wings!
Saw them at the Santa Monic Civic on this Tour in 1976. It seated 2500 people and they only played three nights. Saw them 10th row first night and 11th row last night but Freddy had a little runway that went to the 10th row so we were front row and Freddy would lean out over us and drip his sweat on us. BEST CONCERT EVER!!! They never played anything this small in L.A. again. Sooo blessed! Saw Bowie in '73 and it was an incredible show but nothing like Queen. Check out their first four albums, like Zep, they are the greatest! Blessings
Memories of high school…thank you!
I know every single word of this song and have sang it (badly) on many occasions 😂 x favourite queen song is somebody to love
Just what Freddie was missing when he penned this tiny tune, your choreography.... said no one ever.
I absolutely loved this! Ok so now for extra fun rewatch this with the volume off.... you get the funniest dance video 😂❤

Great video as always Diane! FYI Canadian music icon Gordon Lightfoot passed away yesterday. He was about as quintessentially Canadian as maple syrup and ice hockey. Not sure if it’s a good fit for a reaction video or not, but take a listen to a song or two if you want. His hits include The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald, Sundown and If you could read my mind.

Queen is the pinnacle of what it is to be a live performance band. They had the greatest front man of all time, paired with one of the greatest collection of musicians ever. My favorite Queen song is Who Wants To Live Forever. It just doesn't get any better than Queen.
Epic song. I remember when it came out and ran out and bought the album. Great band and Freddie was an amazing front man

Una de mis canciones favoritas de Queen es Seaside Rendezvous, saludos desde Ciudad de Guatemala en Centro América.
"We Are the Champions" "Don't Stop Me Now"
Can't really pick a favorite queen song. I did see them live in 1977. Nice reaction, you are so charming.
"Under Pressure" best performed live in 1986 at Wembley
All of my kids' ringtines are their favorite Queen song
Many bands have come and gone. But Queen? Queen will be forever. I don't think they had any idea that they would create a musical legacy that would transcend generations. No auto-tune. No gimmicks. Just four very talented people making beautiful music. My favorites will always be "Somebody to love" & "Princes of the Universe" Another band worth giving a listen to: The Animals. Eric Burdon has an awesome voice. "House of the rising sun" & "Don't let me be misunderstood"
I'll never forget Anne Hathaway singing Somebody to Love in Ella Enchanted, so good
My 2 Favorites,, Queen "Killer Queen" & "Under Pressure" (Featuring David Bowie)
LOL, your such a natural comedic personality!! :) love your vids!!
Enjoyed this immensely. Truly a great Rock anthem. Keep up the excellent work, Diane!
You must see their set they did at Live Aid. By far the best performance by any band ever.
hello Diane always so lovely, Bohemian Rhapsody is my favorite queen song
You will absolutely love the song Somebody to Love, the live 1981 Montreal performance is the band at its best.
Not all American school choirs are "Glee" style. Even my tiny school (waaay back in the 80s) had both a pop style "swing choir" and the more formal style you described where diction was very important and a dropped consonant was indeed frowned upon 🙂
Don’t Stop Me Now - best song
I think this is the only time I've seen a rection to the "shiver down by spine" bell shaking bit. Gets you today's Gold Star.
Favorite Queen song is '39. Weirdly beautiful.
He also did vocals for the the movie Rockstar with Mark Walberg and Jennifer Anniston
Love your choices in music Diane!! Every one is a classic from legendary bands!
Well, she is properly rocking out to this song. Nice.

Always a good choice Diane. It looks like you were really getting into the conducting however, I had no idea what you were trying to say. I’m just glad you got a chance to say it.
