Joe, man I felt this so much! I was a loser kid that got into trouble when I was 16 ended up going to prison for 13yrs, when I got out I got stuck in a horrible situation I was working for a company I absolutely hated, I did that for two year and I started a little side handy man business, I was just trying to get jobs off Facebook and I was working my day job then going and remodeling houses at night and on weekends and finally man I stepped out on my own! Now I love my job I have my own business I’m not making a lot money yet but I’m happy man and for those people your speaking too if the red this just know there is hope just go and get it, no one can do it for you. All you have to do is put the work in!
Do you remember who you wanted to be , before the world told you who you should be

You're talking directly to millions of people. Spot on
Was home from work for 2 weeks because of covid and all of a sudden into the 2nd week I got bored so I started learning programming and being creative, one week of that and I was able to create my first little game promised myself I would keep working on it even when I got back to work. Five months ago now and I still hvnt opened the program..... all of a sudden I'm tired all the time and use the time of work to be able to go back to work the next day without getting burned out.
I just quit my job 3 days ago to pursue my dreams. Before I even heard this video, I told people it was killing my soul. The first part if this video was ME.

conjured_up_skeletons what happens in the White House almost has nothing to do with what happens in your house. Not much more complicated than that.
Guess what? I took advice and I left a job after 4 years. (tbh I always was looking, but this pushed me more) it was so comfortable, it was only a 2 min drive, I could get tea and coffee when ever I wanted, I would put a few stock away, serve a few customers and pick orders, no targets, plenty of chatting about and laughing, but when I would come home I would question this is way to comfortable, really we all seek it and we need get out of this comfortable state. This new job I am leaving for in less than 2 weeks is not going to be chilled as this, its further away, I will be stuck on trains, but guess what? It is more full time hours, better pay, and most of all something better on my CV, I get to build something for myself, we cannot be to comfortable, like Rogan says, discomfort is your friend, get out and do something, stop hanging around with negative people.

T awesome story and message! Thanks for sharing! All the best.
I work with cars and I despise it. Joe hit it on the head. Sitting on the shitter for fifteen minutes to get some room to breathe is the one highlight of it. The gym on my lunch break (which I only get half the time) is my one true catharsis for my whole day. My real ME time. So I went and decided to get a skill or trade revolving around the gym. I've got my certification for personal training and it was hell trying to smash reading and studying for it in with this line of work. The required OT, being worn out and sore every day. Not just muscle and body aches and pains. My brain, heart, soul are exhausted of it. Tired of working my ass off for everyone else around me and above me to make more money doing less work and half assing the little they do. Every day I zone out there and second nature kicks in while Im doing it. My body goes in autopilot and I think and think and think even more on my plan. How I'm going to get the fuck out and never look back and make it work. Make it succeed, through thick and thin, and what the bigger picture plans are too once I get stabilized doing it. Rogan is 110% right though.
Joe Rogan lives forever
JUST PURE GOLD!

Yea social anxiety just adds some seasoning to the already hard to cope with.

Next few steps; -Get it on paper and be precise of what you want -Learn what your “why” is (this will give you energy when you lack it, it will also knock mental blocks down easier). Your “why” should make you tear up, if it’s strong enough you’ll cry, literally. -Make a step by step plan (start with baby steps, they’re usually the biggest 🤔) -Write your daily goals everywhere you can (I write all over my bathroom mirror, truck rear view mirror, and windshield with a dry erase marker) Those are some basic & fundamental steps. Oh, and read read read even if it’s only for 10-15 minutes, pick up a book! Create a motivational everyday watch list. Wake up an hour earlier than your normal. I’m going to post a couple wall breakers for you, I’ll be right back with an “edit” lol.... *EDIT* kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZmRnqKmqkZC7pps.html *EDIT* kzread.info/dash/bejne/d6WtwZVuh9rbXZs.html Locked and loaded, go kill it now!
