WE LOVE YOU GUYS :D
WHO WE ARE:
We are Christina, Katherine, Lisa, Amy, and Lauren Cimorelli, 5 sisters originally from Northern California who are now based in Nashville, TN. We grew up singing in a big family of 11 children and our mom, a classical pianist, taught us to sing in harmony when we were kids. We got our start in musical theatre productions, doing classical pieces in the church choir and performing barbershop harmonies at nursing homes for the elderly (back then our grandma was our agent).
In 2009, when Christina was 18 years old and Lauren was 10 years old, we posted a cover of us singing Party In The USA that ended up going viral. From that video, we were discovered by a manager in London, and shortly after signed with Universal Music Group under Island Records. We moved to Los Angeles in 2010, where we lived and worked in the L.A. pop music world for 5 years, before getting extremely burnt out. We realized a major label deal wasn’t for us, left our label and moved to Nashville, TN, looking for a new start. In 2015, we officially became Nashville-based, independent artists.
Since then, we have written and released 5 albums of original music, toured all over the U.S., South America, and Europe, performed at festivals in Germany, Spain and the Philippines, wrote a book, Believe In You: Big Sister Stories and Advice on Living Your Best Life, started a podcast (The Cimorelli Podcast) and reached over 1 billion views on our KZread channel. Currently, the 5 of us sisters are embarking on new journeys of marriage and starting our own families (Christina, Katherine and Lisa), and figuring out life as twenty-somethings (Lauren and Amy).
Our goal with our KZread channel is to constantly challenge ourselves to grow creatively, and to make videos and music that is positive, uplifting and innovative. Our Christian faith guides our decisions, and we will always create content that is family friendly, while not being afraid to touch on topics that we believe are important, such as mental health and personal growth. Thank you for being here, and for being a part of our amazing supporters, the Cim Fam!

She explained that perfectly lol it is EXACTLY how it feels. I had back labor and (TMI) I literally shit probably around 50 times while I was in labor. It completely emptied my bowels lol I pushed out my 8lb 6oz 22.5inch princess in 8 pushes and i think it was because of all the pushing I did while going to the bathroom all damn day lol I was a pushing machine by the time it came to pushing her out!

The story telling capability Lisa has makes this so entertaining to watch, even for a male who will never experience this. watched the whole 33 mins and i wish you and the baby the best!
Some people have tough pregnancies and an easy delivery, some people have easy pregnancies and tough deliveries! Or all tough/all easy. You never know what will happen. Thank you for sharing your story! I think it’s SUPER important to talk about how the bond between mother and child can take a little time! And that’s okay. It doesn’t make the love less, you’re just in survival mode or you have to get to know each other a little.

“Coulda fooled me. Had no clue that she was in or out. Can’t tell.” LOL! It's so true. 4x c-section mama of huge babies here and I can confirm much of this is typical, including the bitterness! Repeat c-sections without laboring are a heck of a lot easier though, so I hope your next experience is more pleasant.

The “watermelon coming out of the butt” is the most accurate thing I’ve ever heard!! You did great Lisa, congratulations!
the one and only lisa cimorelli is back
I always wanted Lisa to start her own KZread channel, she has such a great way of narrating, I could listen to her for hours.
I had a kind of similar experience with the birth of my son. Went in for an induction bc he was a huge baby, epidural ran out TWICE, contractions almost killed me (not literally), and then had to go for a C-section. Hearing someone else have a similar experience has helped me heal from the negative emotions I had during that whole time. My baby is healthy (and chunky!), and I wouldn’t have wanted him to come into this world any other way. Congratulations Lisa! You are an amazing mama and your daughter is absolutely adorable
I am an ob/gyn and have given birth myself twice and I feel like this was the most accurate birth story ever! All the ups and downs and just surrendering to what's to come... Just so accurate and so relatable!
Lisa is so charismatic and entertaining that I had no idea it had been more than 30 minutes…
I would love to hear Lisa sing soon, because women who give birth can have lower notes and I think Lisa would sing beautifully
Feels so great that Lisa is back. Lily is so cute and you and Chad are AMAZING parents to her. I LOVE IT
I LOVE Lisa’s storytelling style. Also, I love how much she loved the pain killers and spinal block. I have two sisters and one had two natural births and the other has two cesareans, each has two healthy happy baby boys. You do what’s best for you and the baby.
Dear Cimorelli, This ones for Lisa. You are truly a gem among the dull rocks that fill this world. You are so unique and so beautiful. You are strong, bold, and caring and I wish you the very best with little Lily! Sincerely, your BIGGEST FAN, Faith❤️
How I've missed seeing Lisa's face! We love you!
Lisa's description for everything, the terms. I think we were all expecting this 😂😂😂😂😂
Lisa I love how you are describing this! So full of life! I had gestational diabetes in my last pregnancy and was high risk for both of my pregnancies and had 2 c sections (1 emergency and 1 planned). Thanks for shedding light on how natural birth is not always possible and taking care of yourself and your baby are the most important.
Sis is hiiiilariousss!! “A week after giving birth, I went into labor again….WITH A GIANT TURD. It was horrifying!!” When I tell you i screamed with laughter at 2am in my dorm 🤣🤣
Yay! Lisa is back 😍 Congratulations Lisa Lily is so cute 😍💖💕❤💗
Glad to have you back Lisa! And also sending well wishes to Katherine for the safe delivery of her twins!
I really really appreciate you girls being so honest about your birth experiences, it makes me feel a little more prepared to be honest lol instead of thinking its just going to be a perfect planned experience. Both of your experiences were so traumatic, but you girls are so incredibly strong. I hope i stay as strong as you ❤️

I throughly enjoyed every second of this video. This is entertainment! So sorry you had to go through it all, Lisa, but you are such an awesome story teller. I cringed, laughed, and felt every other emotion you described. So happy you and baby are doing well! Thanks for telling those of us who haven’t gone through it yet the truth!
Love this honest yet light hearted story! Lots of love to Lisa and Lily!

Lisa, you handled this like a champ! You deserve so much!! I’m so proud of you! I hope you and lily are doing well!❤️

This was a great story for us to hear right now. We are expecting a baby in March! Thank you for giving your story but also keeping it unbiased as well! It means a lot to hear about the process beforehand with expectations properly set for when we get to that point! You're amazing Lisa!
For my first, my epidural wore off. For my second, they couldn’t give me an epidural because they were stuck in an emergency c-section. Almost died with my first. Fun times…man you can’t go off of other people’s experience because our bodies are all different!! Glad you made it through! Love this video!!
I can’t wait for this!! Even though it hasn’t premiered yet, I already know Lisa is so strong to have gone through this (though all of this sisters are strong). I hope Kath’s delivery goes well when it happens!

WELCOME BACK LISA WE HAVE MISSED YOU SO MUCH! I hope you and Lily are doing well, She is beautiful and you look amazing ❤️ Lisa you are a warrior ❤️
Okay I’m pausing to say I’ve never laughed out loud so much during someone’s birthing story 😂 I just love Lisa and how expressive she is.
Lisa, you're so strong! I would never have been able to go through something like this, but glad to hear you have managed to overcome the pain and have now a beautiful daughter :)
So good to see Lisa back!!! She looks amazing as always, you go girl ❤️👑
Welcome back Lise!! Can’t wait to watch! Love you all!!❤️
Yes! No one should tell anyone what they should or should not do during their labor. I've had three babies, three way different births. But at the end of the day, three healthy babies. Each mama needs to do what's best for her and her baby.
Yayyyyyyyy I'm so excited that Lisa is back. I missed her voice, I missed her jokes because every time she says them I can't help but laugh. I'm so happy for you Lisa that you have a baby and I hope she is doing well.
I'm so happy you took the time out of your life to tell this story- i really appreciate it!
im proud of you for going through all that, processing all that and talking about it 💛💛
So glad you're back, Lisa!! Congratulations again on your "newborn" baby!! Lily is so cute 😍😍
Thank you so much for being open about your experience with your csection. The part of not having emotion when your baby was born and like not crying. I have felt guilty cause I have never had someone who had such a similar story to mine!
Lisa this story is the realest birth story I have ever seen and I love you for that. Congratulations on your lovely little one. 🥰
These birth stories literally just make me remember how grateful I am that I will never have to go through this .
I had a similar experience with my first baby. Labored for about 27 hours. Spent around 3 of them pushing. Failed vacuum assist. I didn’t have an epidural, so when I got the spinal block it was the most relief I’ve ever felt. Congrats mama. You’re a warrior.
Gonna have to wait until this afternoon to watch but glad mommy and baby are well! Lily is a cutie pie and a lucky girl to be born into your family! Congrats to all! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
so glad you are back, we missed you so much!!! so glad you, chad and lily are doing good and cant wait to see her ❤️
Lisa is so comforting. She tells u what you need to hear and not what you want to hear, and somehow it’s so comforting and safe
Thank youuu for being so candid, I need to hear the reality not the frills!
You did exactly what you should’ve done. You’re the mom, you made the very best decision you could’ve ever made. Yours and babies health and safety is number one. Proud of you momma bear.
I literally haven’t watched their videos in a few years and now Lisa is a mommy! 💖💖💖💖💖 sending all the good blessings and wishes her way
We miss you Lisa we are so glad that you are back and baby Lily is so sweet I love her so much
Thank you for this honest experience!!! It’s so nice to hear someone be so open with how their birth was and to let others know, it’s not always perfect!! ☺️
I’ve waited so long for this
thank you so much for your honesty! I hope we get more videos like this from you in the future. you tell your story in such a hilarious and real way
This was the funniest thing I’ve watched in so long! Congratulations on your new baby!

This is the most fabulous, hilarious, and accurate birth story ever!! I relate to 1,000,000 points here. God bless your family!! 💜💚🧡
Lisa's back and I'm excited to hear this story!!! 🥰
wow thank you Lisa for sharing the honest details with some humor!!! i love your mental outlook. though i doubt if i will ever be pregnant i really enjoyed hearing your story! you are amazing!!!
Can't believe I just watched a whole 33 min video! Was informative and funny! Nowhere near having a baby but glad to have listened to an honest feedback on birth which like Kath said regarding pregnancy, is glamorized and not talked about enough or is whitewashed! So happy that Lisa is back! ✨ Wish Kath a safe delivery ❤️
finally lisa is back i am so happy she came back lily is so cute love you lisa 💕
Thank you for being so open and sharing your story!
This is a great video glad Lisa and Lily are doing good she is such adorable baby definitely love her facial expressions and Lisa your story had me 😂 I loved it also happy early birthday to Lisa and Nick I hope you have an awesome birthday tomorrow guys.
I enjoyed the entire story but my favorite were Lisa's recollections of how nice the team was and them going "summ'in summ'in one, summ'in summ'in two" 😂😭🤣 What a heart of gold you have Lisa!!! Xoxoxo
Congratulations!!! I can relate! had an emergency C-section with my first baby due to his heart rate dropping to 40. I felt the same way, I was so exhausted at that point I couldn’t feel excited once he was out. However, I just had baby number two at the end of July and we did a planned csection this time around and it was the best thing ever! I wasn’t (that) exhausted and I was able to be excited
Lisa Cimorelli, a great mom (I am already sure of that), fantastic singer and songwriter, and one of the best storytellers that have ever lived on earth. I could listen to you for hours Lisa, whether you’re singing or speaking. Thank you for this video.
I'm so sorry you had this experience Lisa!! You are a warrior!!
This helps a lot with me being due in November. Having you, Christina, and Kath (when she has her twins) to kinda have ideas of what it might be like
I just want to say congrats(on having the baby so good) to Lisa, you were so strong!
Love! Love! Love! The ending was the best because usually in birthing videos, I am hearing the same thing over and over. But you informed me about new things regarding the after math. Thank you for the transparency because pregnancy is not always a happy go lucky experience for everyone. 💙💙
I really think this is going to help so many women!! I was blindsided by so many things too! I totally forgot about the constipation part. That was so entertaining to watch too. Congrats!
Congratulations Lisa!!! What a wonderful story! I had a slightly similar experience when I had my daughter on August 3rd. I had to be induced because I was 6 days overdue and my water broke and then labour never started. I ended up needing an emergency caesarean because she went into distress, I found the caesarean recovery quite good. Thankfully I didn’t have the issue with constipation but I have had that situation before and needed an enigma haha not a fun experience but the relief 😅 I named my daughter Lily too!! ❤️❤️ all the best!
Thank you for an incredibly honest and real birth story!
I love how real this is!! 😂 Nothing is sugar coated…it’s AMAZING!!
