Information such as this is invaluable. As a removeables dental technician working for one of the major chain dentistry offices, it scares me to think of this. I see general dentists who struggle to make even a denture. And now these companies are looking to provide 4 on 4 same day implants. I see the issues everyday with just a basic ill fitting, improperly constructed dental appliance and now we're gonna do implants to solve the problem? Horrifying to think but a REAL reality. And way to often it is the technician being blamed for inferior work not the Doctor. Thank you for your service, your integrity, and your commitment to the public and your patients. If I were in Texas I would gladly visit your office.

William, I don't know how old you are but I am so disappointed in what this industry has become! No more educated lab techs, dentists that can't do dentistry and the tragic victims who are used for their benefits or money. Incomes instead of outcomes. The dumbing down of American and the lack ethics is incredibly sad to witness. Where are you located?

I am not seeking implant treatment. I am a treatment coordinator for a dental office and I enjoy watching these types of videos because they help me educate patients. I’ve worked for a periodontal office and in general dentistry for over 19 years and these videos are so important for patients. This Dr seems very passionate and dedicated to his craft. I hope anyone seeking an “all on 4” does their due diligence and researches these videos so they can be an informed consumer. Excellent work.

Well done, Dr. McFadden! It was a great blessing for me that our paths crossed all those many years ago! I can't imagine what my dentition would be today if not for all you've done for me; my "teeth" would probably be soaking in a cup with efferdent tablets on the bathroom counter every night (and much of the day).

In my research 2024, I have seen all 4 0n 4 experts show lips-retracted examples on the "before" when the teeth are severely decayed etc. But the "after" 4 on 4 are of the beautiful smile non-retracted. SME (so much evil) and greed in our world today.

I wish I would have know this 2 years ago…. Now I’m trying to repair the damage that’s been done at the age of 37 😞

Oh My I would have a fit if my work resulted in the first example. WOW and to think we patients are stuck (screwed) if this happens to us. 1. All your teeth are extracted and you will never see your teeth again. 2. Your implants/foundation for a beautiful smile is a train wreck 3. You are a victim and can not change or do a dam* thing to change it. To me this is no different than going in to surgery needing a hip replacement and waking up missing an arm or your leg. It is ridiculous there should be laws to protect us against professionals that do sloppy work especially on our teeth and there aren't any. Also professionals should be prohibited from performing procedures when not certified/licensed/skilled to do so. How unfair! And RIDICULOUS. I thank God I happened upon your website 2 days ago just in time for my first in person consult (tomorrow 3/8/24). No way I will sign on any contracts tomorrow. Not after viewing and taking notes on at least 8 of your presentations here. This will be my 3rd consult and I plan a 4th. You ha e actually saved me by the skin of my teeth. Last week I almost contracted with my 2nd choice, but I thought no let me look a little bit more. I thank God for you.
