Hey, Keith. "Frame flex" is a red herring. "Frame break" is what concerns RVers. It looks like Lippert is facing real difficulties.
Sorry but these were the worst interviews I've ever seen. The marketing lady looked like she didn't want to be there and was very defensive. Not only did they not give reassurance but I think they don't believe this is a thing just from their answers. They would have been better off just saying "Complain the the manufacturer, we don't have any responsibility".
