Morissette has never lipped a live performance kaloka. Solid lang talaga stamina and breath control niya kaya di siya hinihingal kahit sing and dance pa yan.

Well you can’t please everybody and there’s just many haters out there full of negativity yet can’t even sing well on their own right?

She has great control, great breathing technique plus she has her own natural vocal effects duhh she doesn't need artificial autotune because her voice is exceptional. Other singers tried to do live performances of some of the pop songs out there but there are struggles when hitting certain notes because of bad breathing technique.

I'm really sorry if I had to put some background music on some parts that is because of copyright issues I had to deal a lot of times before I came out with this output 🤣 EDIT: Feel free to pause on some parts 😆 sorry if the transitions were to fast HAHAHAHA Anyway, please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE 💛

My sister had a good singing voice. When she was in College she joined a beauty contest and he talent was singing. She was accused of lip syncing. So she was disqualified. That’s the problem of being so good Morissette.

In Defying Gravity, you can actually hear her chair creak a couple of times when she shifts her weight during some of the quieter parts of the song.

Finally this could teach us in many ways esp lipsynching even for me, kahit si ovela na watching Mori vids for several yrs na didnt know if shes lipsynch or not 😂

the conclusion is when she did live or lipsync, it is as good. there is nothing to worry about

She's not lipsyncing, she just have a tremendous breathing & voice control. One proof of that is when she talks after singing a series of songs with her even dancing, and we can still fairly understand her every words as she's not gasping for breath unlike any other regular singers.

She's simply amazing and talented!

Artist like mori who has that great talent will never do lipsync coz they prefer live because they are more comfortable, they feel good about it TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES. Unlike those who cover and just make show...

Patunay lang na sobrang ganda ng quality ng boses ni Morissette mapalive or recording inshort walang pinagkaiba, may iba kase na iba yung tunog pag live tas pag recording nag iiba yung texture ng boses kasi pinatungan ng preverb at sandamakmak na effects pero hindi kailangan ni Morissette yon.

I don't believe she is lip synching in any of these. There was a challenge she did singing a song in tagalog,( I am sorry I don't speak or understand tagalog) on I believe a TV show in the Philippines. For the challenges she sang the same song standing, sitting on a toddler's chair, lying on her stomach, and finally with a device in her mouth where it basically kept her lips in a fixed position open quite wide, in my opinion she was amazing. So to those saying she must be lip synching, it is a load of sour grapes. I won't use the language that springs to mind

I have no love for Ovela, he knows this, (Im Banned/Blocked), However I must say, in all fairness and honesty, that the guy gives some of her greatest Reviews, I remember him accusing her of Lip Synching Defying Gravity, but that was years ago. And I also know he said what he Thought, Or FELT was correct, I also know that, he wasnt sure, and when he got Proof, it was LIVE he corrected himself with his "pinned" comment. That being said, I don't understand the Attack on Ovela, He has in the last year, done some of Very best reviews, and given her HUGE Props! Even was in her Livestream this year, and I believe actually sent her a "donation", (maybe wrong), But, He is a Huge advocate for her, and Believes she is Clearly of of the best in the World today, which she is. I feel, that This is PROMO, and should Not be bashed ...EVER. The man has over 1M Subs, and he didn't get that number of people following him because he dont know what he's talking about, (Mostly). Give the guy a Break, and ANY Reaction Channel that puts her Front and Center, Unless they are just outright, Haters, or have a Bias that is clearly wrong and or Judgmentally incorrect. More eyes on her is more eyes on her, Good, Bad, or indifferent, makes no difference, Never know what some Reaction channel might do for her BTS .Which could be HUGE and should never be discounted.

Every professional music video is filmmed and then synced with the audio recording, for every singing artist. So her lip syncing does not matter with a music video, it only does with a live performance.

I wont lose respect for an artist if they lipsync from time to time. It just depends on the situation really.

I do tbh if its a live concert where people/ you have spent a lot of money then you want to hear the live singing not some playback that you can hear at home ! i rather like what mori did not sing with best voice ( dubai) then playback, worst case senario cancel the show and re do it at another time then playback but thats me

@@crisun There may be some reason an artist may resort to lipsyncing. Again it really depends on the situation. And it must b done sparingly. Im not just talking about Mori here but all artists. One of the reason I can think of is lenghty tour schedules. Some artists do a series of concerts which can take a toll on their voices. To give their voices some time to rest, they do lipsync part or all of some songs. I would rather they do this than risk doing permanent damage to their voices when they develop vocal nodules. Sometimes the only way to remove these nodules is surgery which can permanently alter the singer's voice. Look at what happened to Elton John. Anyway, all im saying is I try to b forgiving to artists who do lipsync as long as they do it sparingly and for good reason.

In defying gravity, we can hear the sound of her personal chase. Live in her room.

2:34 She's not lypsyncing! She's just using her technique like mouth-shaping to sustain her breath control!

I want to mention this. Most vocalist know super quickly if a performance is lip-synched. It's just not a good career move to build a brand around discrediting other vocalists. In Morissette's case everytime she goes slightly off pitch or hits a flat note is reassuring to me. All great power houses make mistakes and are aware of them and rebound gracefully after a mistake happens. The people who never make mistakes...I can think of one and it's a male are the con artists.

All of her performances in Wish107.5 are live😉 No autotune, no lipsync, one-take, full live! And there are also no vocal effects added on her voice so basically, its just her raw talent❤️

Ovela was so careless in his accusations to morissette. He also said katrina was better than morissette. Im a fan of both but i never ever heard vocal coaches saying this things, knowing that there's a big difference between the two,the voice type, the emotions, the techniques. And of course, no one has the right in judging others, only by seeing tip of the iceberg.. that's why to all the battling fans out there,u have the right to choose anyone whom u like,but u can't conclude who's better between anyone u thought in the same level, just to support your artist and inflict negativity to the opposing side .
