Thanks so much for your blog. I had mine done yesterday and I HATE them atm, they feel enormous and like a cheap hooker pink lipstick sitting on my lips. I’m feeling more hopefully that as they heal they will look better as I didn’t choose a coral pink but atm that’s what I have. The swelling was INSANE, I looked like a cartoon character. Still icing today on day 2 and it’s gone down a lot.

Omg I have the exact same thing as you. Yesterday I got mine for and after my lips swelled up so much I look crazy! Today is day 2 and it looks so Wierd now, super coral pink firdt too and then today it's like a deep red,, still swollen lips so I'm freaking out, I totally feel like a cheap hooker with this, I am praying it heals fast and the color is more subtle... I am just freaking out right now, color is not what I wanted

@@Tajrin1290 it’ll totally calm down in color when it peels away don’t worry! You’ll probably miss the more intense color that that initial tattoo had! (I had it done and finished my touch up)

Hi, lovely video. :) Were you allowed to use any sort of moisturising eg lip balm after treatment? Was flossing and brushing teeth tough?

Great video. I think I will pass on blushing my lips. Too long to recover and I am prone to getting fever blisters if there is any trauma to my lips. Will stick with the old fashion way of using lipstick.

Great results! My lip blushing never peeled. They’re still super dark. I’m on day 11 now. I was expecting scabbing and peeling, but it never happened. I’m hoping mine lighten a bit. They’re quite bold.

I had it done today. I have a high tolerance threshold and it hurt me a lot. I noticed my tech didn’t use numbing for first steps. I could handle it. After 20 mins started feeling painful. Procedure lasted 3 hrs but actual needles Id say 1.30-1:45 mins

I just had mine done yesterday. I found it painful and was glad when it was over. Just hurt while she was doing it. There was numbing but my lips are pretty sensitive.

Very carefully, quickly and facedown in the sink so any excess that drains out goes straight into the sink and not on your lips! At least that is how I'm doing it right now. 😂

Day 5 and my lips after the procedure looks paler than before. My tatoo lady says its normal and the pigments will return back after my lips are fully healed. Im not sure.

It’s the same thing with the eyebrows they almost disappear during the healing process then come back. Lips are the same way

So I had this procedure done and a touch up and my color didn’t take? Did the colorist use the wrong needle depth? It was a Tina Davis color so I don’t think it had anything to do with the color. I loved how it looked immediately after but by the next day it completely came off.

@@Dandelion_flight 🙄 lockdown in your city? Where are you living? I´am living in Spain, Barcelona, but my nacionality is Hungarian. Here in Spain we are better and better with the COVID.

So reassuring to hear people saying they felt like a cheap hooker, My artist (very experienced) did over draw my top lip, which gives me more of a 50/50 proportion- but I’m less than 24 hrs so trying to not freak out. LOL, I actually felt like a clown! And I don’t like clowns!

On day 21 ...you became little bit more healthy by body weight. (Your body wt increase 😝😘💝)
