Blade Show Knife of the Year for 2017, the LionSteel SR-11 is an integral frame lock flipper that has evolved from the SR-1 with some great upgrades: Sleipner steel for enhanced toughness and wear resistance, a long swedge providing excellent overall balance, a caged bearing pivot (tinyurl.com/ydhzyvxf) for smooth operation and fast flipper deployment and machine contoured and textured handles for an amazingly ergonomic grip.
The handle shape was carried over from the SR-1 along with the tough integral construction, hardened steel lock face insert, deep carry stainless steel pocket clip and Rotoblock system. The Rotoblock locks the frame in the open position giving it near fixed blade strength. Another upgrade is the tungsten carbide insert at the pommel for emergency use.

One I got it in-hand I was very impressed. This is well made and well thought out. A solid evolution from the SR-1.
I am not surprised at all. Framelock flippers are what most people like.

I was going to say SR12 when? SR2 is perfect edc size knife.

how does the profile compare to say the zt 0562?

The 0562 is going to be close in size to the 0909 shown in the video length wise, so close to the SR-11 as well. The SR-11 is going to be closer in thickness and weight to the 0562 though.
What's up with that clip? It doesn't even touch the handle. That does not look like a secure pocket clip.
