Lionsteel KC-01 - New 6 inch knife is better than the T6, M7
This new 6" survival knife (sold out July 15) improves on the already awesome Lionsteel T6. Knife Community Italia (FB) members voted on materials & design characteristics in cooperation with knife designer Moletta to create this limited edition run of 300 knives. The result, a knife that is superior (imo) to the T6. Now a close competitor to the TRC Apocalypse for far less money.

Excellent! You are right about the protruding tang and its 90 sharp. Thanks for the heads up! I do like my T6.
Always wanted a T6, but I couldn't rationalize it because of the missing forward choil. And this one is cheaper than the T6. Wish they did it in K490 like the first limited T6's. But other than that it's perfect. Just bought one. Thank you for your video. I wouldn't have known about without this video.
I wish the finger choil wasn’t there.

@@jonathancupp3686 the choil was a big plus for me, but not for everyone. That's a design element Knife Community Italia chose. There's always the T6 for you!

All due respect , but the Esee 6 has a no questions asked lifetime warranty and costs aprox. $150.Made in USA.

That looks almost exactly as the M7. What's the point of this knife?

@@cuttlefishinthesea The KC-01 was designed by members of FB group Knife Community Italia. It's the size of the T6, has a choil like the M7 and has full tang construction that neither T6 or M7 have. It also has a very usable 90 degree edge the other don't have. There are other differences. It's hugly different from the M7 imo.
