i was thinking the same exact thing. Saw another video said thats why their ears are back always when eating but still yikes!

The big male is trying to keep order the youngers try and eat others portions .
Absolutely beautiful visuals, especially of the Impala and Wildebeest calves. So good to see the gorgeous Tiebe Rocks female again and the lions, oh my gosh, a few good wallops here and there but it was good to see the little cubs getting their fair share. Great vid as always MalaMala, thank you so much.
You got great shots of your sightings. The sound of those snarling lions at their dinner. Epic.

Beautiful, however lions do let there offspring eat. But this lion Nzanka male is greedy with his offspring.. Love the elephants, impala, wilddogs, Great visuals. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like its being a good wet season, im gathering because its nice and wet the herbivores arent congregating around access to water so the lions will be on meager rations as to why its such a feeding frenzy over a little warthog...
