A friendly game in the middle of the season is rare enough, but a chance to play one of the best teams in England is even rarer. Our Sailors came up against Spurs, and were 2 seconds away from taking a shock lead at half-time, but it was not to be as Spurs earned a penalty and Harry Kane never misses.
1-1 at the break, and both teams made wholesale changes, but it was Spurs' superior quality that won out at the end, as they won 5-1.
