Virus cinema കണ്ടതിനു ശേഷം, സീരിയസ് മനസ്സിൽ ആയതു, ഈ സ്റ്റാഫിനെ ഒക്കെ നമിക്കുന്നു🙏🙏🙏🙏

ഞാനും ഒരു നേഴ്സ് ആണ്... ഒരു ദിവസം പോലും സങ്കടപ്പെടാതെ ഡ്യൂട്ടി കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇറങ്ങാൻ പറ്റാറില്ല... എത്രയൊക്കെ മനസ്സറിഞ്ഞു രോഗികളെ നോക്കിയാലും ആർക്കും ഒരു വിലയും ഇല്ല... ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിന് അകത്തും പുറത്തു നിന്നും ചീത്തവിളികൾ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ.. ചുരുക്കം ചിലർ മാത്രം ഉണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ കഷ്ടപ്പാട് മനസിലാക്കുന്നവർ... കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകൾക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള സാലറി നാട്ടിൽ തന്നിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും നാടും വീടും വിട്ട് അന്യ രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ വന്നു കിടക്കില്ലാരുന്നു.... കോടീശ്വരി ആകണം എന്ന അത്യാഗ്രഹം കൊണ്ട് ഒന്നുമല്ല... പഠിച്ചപ്പോൾ മുതൽ ഉള്ള കടംതീരാനുണ്ട്..... 25 വയസിനുള്ളിൽ എടുത്തു വച്ച കുറേ ഏറെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട്... 😢

സങ്കടം വന്നു വായിച്ചപ്പോ.. അള്ളാഹു നിങ്ങളുടെ കടങ്ങളും പ്രയാസങ്ങളും തീർത്തു തരട്ടെ. ഞാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കാം ട്ടോ... എന്റെ മോള് ഈ പ്രാവശ്യം പ്ലസ്‌ടു കഴിഞ്ഞു മോൾക്ക്‌ ഇനി അടുത്തത് എന്തു കോഴ്സ് എടുക്കും നഴ്‌സിങ്‌ എടുക്കാമെന്ന് മോൾ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോ ഞാൻ വേണോ വേണ്ടേ എന്ന കൺഫ്യൂഷൻ ആയിട്ടിരിക്കയിരുന്നു.. കാരണം പഠിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള സാമ്പത്തികം ഒരു പെണ്ണായ എനിക്കില്ല ഇപ്പോ തോനുന്നു ഇതു തന്നെയാ നല്ലതെന്നു. നല്ലൊരു ജോലിക്ക് പോയി പഠിപ്പിക്കണം ഇൻശാഅല്ലാഹ്‌... നമ്മളെകൊണ്ട് ഒരാൾക്ക് സഹായം കിട്ടിയാൽ അതൊരു വല്ല്യ karyam thanneyan ee jeevithathil...

ഞാൻ 7മാസം ഗർഭിണി ആയിരുന്നപ്പോൾ ഇതുപോലെ പകരുന്ന ഇൻഫക്ഷൻ ഉള്ള വെന്റിലേറ്റർ പേഷ്യന്റിനെ നോക്കി. പേഷ്യന്റിനെ വെന്റിലേറ്ററിൽ നിന്നും മാറ്റിയതിനു ശേഷം ആണ് ഇത് അറിഞ്ഞതുപോലും. അത്രയും ദിവസം നോർമൽ പേഷ്യന്റിനെ നോക്കുന്നതുപോലെയാണ് നോക്കിയത് അറിഞ്ഞ ശേഷവും അതുപോലെതന്നെ നോക്കി ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹത്താൽ പേഷ്യന്റിനോ എനിക്കോ എന്റെ കുട്ടിക്കോ ഒരു തരത്തിലുള്ള പ്രോബ്ളവും ഇല്ല. ലേറ്റായിട്ട് രോഗം സ്തിതീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഇന്നും നമ്മൾ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്ന പ്രശ്നം..

Dr:SV Aswiny That’s a wrong attitude dear. Nurses are not uneducated, their qualifications and experience most of the times plays a major role in diagnosing a patient condition . Newly qualified doctors , some times even few years experienced doctors fail to do a proper diagnosis .But in that situation by continues assessment of patients and investigation reports a good nurse can easily diagnose the condition. Also with out these nurses you will because nothing to diagnose these patients. So you and a nurse depends on each other . They defenitly deserve better wages. Don’t because jealous lady .

സ്വന്തം ജീവന് അപകടം ഉണ്ടെന്നറിഞ്ഞിട്ടും മറ്റുള്ളവരെ ഇത്ര ആദ്മാർത്ഥമായി രോഗികളെ പരിചരിക്കുന്ന ഈ സേവന സന്നദ്ധർക്ക് അർഹിക്കുന്ന വേതനം എങ്കിലും കൊടുത്തുകൂടെ മാനേജ്മെന്റിനും സർക്കാറിനും, ഇവരെക്കൊണ്ട് പണിചെയ്യിച്ചു സ്വന്തം കീശ വീർപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ടല്ലോ, മാന്യമായ വേതനം കൊടുത്തുകൂടെ, ഈ രോഗം ബാധിച്ചു സ്വന്തം പിഞ്ചോമനകളെ തനിച്ചാക്കി വിടപറഞ്ഞ സിസ്റ്റർ ലിനിക്ക് എന്റെ കണ്ണീരോടെ പ്രണാമം, ഒരിക്കലും നിപ എന്നു കേട്ടാൽ ലിനിയെ ഓർമ്മവരും.
