Selecting only from 5 or so Law schools for a Supreme Court Justice ignores the vast majority of the population and views the law as highly malleable to extremely liberal points of view. Abortion on demand, ignoring federal laws and rewriting it from the bench as in the case cited by Sen. Graham are just some examples. Judicial activism is alive and well because they are selecting judicial candidates who operate on their own biases and not the law. It is not clear that Harvard is producing high quality supreme court justices anymore because this latest nominee can't define what a woman is when asked by the senator from Tennesse. This nominee stated she was not a biologist that is a clear dodge of a easy question unless you are planning to overturn constitutional rights that were paid for by the shed blood on battle fields over the last two centuries. The left is against the second amendment and the right to protect oneself, but it is ok to terminate pregnancy up to seven days after delivery according to laws up for consideration in California. They care and are virtuous is getting old by now and the left is just a collection of people engage in genocide and other atrocities. Stay away from the IVY league law schools they are useless. Look at Hunter Biden a Yale Law grad. and this latest Harvard law grad that is now a supreme court nominee.

@@Fernysm That was the case of the 18 year old the judge gave 3 months in Federal prison, 5 years Probation and no computers. Sen Graham said he needed more. Congress set a range of guidelines for sentencing based on: how many pictures were there, etc. Pedophiles are judged at a different level. She said Congress need to update their guidelines since we have the internet now. Consider this: If you send sexual explicit pictures to your husband or boyfriend. If you get caught with them .it is porno. You use to be able to take pictures of you toddler in the bathtub or him running down the hall If you do it now, it's pornography/child exploitation. A felony. You're headed to Federal prison if found guilty. That 18 year old had pictures. He had no criminal records. The reports to the judge said he wasn't a pedophile. Sen. Graham wasn't happy.

They are the only ones on a ballot that their ideological leanings and records are unknown by the voters. I believe if judges records were easier to access so that we can see who is following the rule of law and sentencing guidelines and who is soft on crime and legislating from the bench we would have a lot less of these types of judges in our judicial system to choose from. If anyone knows of any way to see a judges record so that we can make an informed choice at the polls please let me know. Thank you.
