I picked up the ROG Pg27aqdm last month, and it's been the best purchase I've made for my setup.

Was thinking about buying that too but I am thinking between the Rog Pg27aqdm or the Alienware AW2725DF

@@Ibanezdany Pretty sure QDOLED gets a bit more praise than WOLED plus its cheaper. Seems like a no brainer.

@@hebie666 QD-OLED gets praise because people don't know what they're talking about. WOLED is better. LG's is cheaper and obviously well worth the price.

Love my Lg too. That panel is pretty damn good. Man if that text is just a bit clearer😂

@@hebie666 so you’d recommend me the asus ? I need a 2k rez oled monitor since 4 k is still too overkill
Sheesh nice review Ed! Ialways like how you always go beyond on details and so much useful information to consider purchasing something. Definately I will try to get one of these monitors in the future
Amazing video and review!! Been obssesed with all your videos lately, and even planning to build my own water-cooled pc following your instructions! It would be great to have a video about how to choose the main parts of a pc, like the motherboard or the case.. there are so many!!!
Just finished building a PC using your guide! Now my pc is good enough to record and edit as I’m starting a KZread channel! You’re a huge inspiration!

All the best for your new channel
Even tho I am on a budget, everything looks incredibly sleek and clean. That stand holding the monitor may be chunky, but it adds a solid touch. And that arm.. Absolutely cool I was thinking about getting arms to hold my monitors! I've been following most of the season, and let me tell you, the recent PC builds are nothing short of mind-blowing!
Excellent Review!!!! I appreciate you mentioning the stand dimensions. I am coming from a 240hz 4K Samsung Neo G8 Mini LED monitor, and was worried about the stand taking up too much space. This monitor should take an inch less space on my desk. I can't wait to get my PG32UCDM this Wednesday!!
I literally just setup my LG C3 42" & I love the picture quality! However going from my old 42" Samsung UW's screen size & resolution 3820 x 1200 to a full 3840 x 2160 screen size will take some getting use to.
That dual mode monitor is gonna be wild, definitely gonna pick one up for myself
Nice video featuring this insane monitor, it’s got to the price of a nice TV nowadays. Did you also record this video in higher frame rate? It’s looked nice
That kit be looking crazy good and mad expensive , great video ! .
Not like previous videos werent but this one was really crisp and smooth idk why even on my 11 inch 60hz display
I've been looking for a 4k led 165hz+ end game oled that was smaller for my next setup. This was on the top of my list. I'm gonna wait to see what Samsung comes out with.
CLEAN. Can't wait for the next setup makeover
I do like the optimising effort to avoid burn damage.
I'm doing a full ROG build on Sunday and this giveaway prize would be the cherry on top haha! I got the 320hz rog monitor for my ROG hyperion case build.
I just helped plan for my brother's new PC watching you videos. First time building a PC(choosing the parts), and surprisingly it came out proper, but, I came to realize that I will have to wait for at least 3 years before I can make my own. So, I thought of trying my luck out by submitting an application for your setup makeover but I was late. Anyways, your videos are great. It helped a lot while building my brother's setup. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to many more videos.
Waiting for the AORUS FO32U2P, seems the best monitor of this year. At least the specs hope it's as good in real as on paper 👍
Nice video again. You havent made a watercooled pc in a while. I have been thinking of making a 4070super build. It would be cool if you did a water build with that. But keep up the great work man. Always inspiring me thanks❤️❤️
I’m upgrading to this from a 48 lg c1, that’s a tv not an ultra wide. The only thing that would make it perfect would be better hdr brightness, but I’ll probably just use sdr on this.
This was product overview was so amazingly done. I'm loving your content more and more

Dammnn Ed in 60fps video!! LOVE IT ♥
This one would be great to add to the list of monitors to replace my old 21.5. Samsung. I'm trying to get my set up together... I have a Alienware for the other monitor that's currently hooked up to my console. I need to replace my whole pc... getting really outdated. lol This has been a fantastic review and one I would look into. Also, What is that mountain wallpaper, and is it on Wallpaper Engine?
I just picked up mine today, had to drive 6 hours for it but totally worth it.
Thank you for the video. Tell me what kind of live wallpaper with space was used in the video?
Yo great vid of course but post that wallpaper engine background that's sick!
Do you recommend and high quality and affordable 240hz 1440 monitors? I have a hard time deciding on a good one
Is there anyway I could get in touch with you about some pointers for my first build. I’ve been watching a lot of your videos! But I’m coming from console gaming so I’ve been taking notes on everything and just want to make sure I do it right when I decide to go up to microcenter in Denver! Thanks for all the great content!
When I get my job I am TOTALLY gonna save up for this bad boy! Then put it on a dual monitor arm next to my QHD version from LG. :)
Great review as usual! Can we expect any new Setup Wars episodes soon?

Great to hear that, thanks!
Did you have any flickering with G-Sync enabled? Like in darker (gray) areas in games or other applications. Did you have VRR flickering at all? Did you notice any scanlines? Are there any problems with the asus Rog Swift PG32UCDM?
I have to have this ! Great video ! When's the next build ? Also are you originally from California? I hear some East Coast in that accent
Is there game monitor that allows u to play past and present consoles such as Play Station, Xbox, and of course PC.
Ed, where do you download your wallpapers I love them.
I have a pretty deep desk. How far forward can you bring the monitor when mounted on the arm?
You have the best videos, thanks.
Which software do you use for your wallpaper ? And where can I have the same as you ?
My pc costs less than the monitor...😞😥Though can you suggest any good 4k monitors like this at a lower refresh rate so when I watch movies I can get a better picture quality with incredible visuals. I have a 240hz 1080p monitor and a 1440p 165hz monitor?
What is that wallpaper on the monitor, i really like it and want to use it as well
That’s got to be everyone’s dream monitor right there the specs are incredible

Hey can you let me know the model number of the power adapter for this thing? Thank you.
Can I toss an aplication if my brother already has a PC with a 4060? I don't have one as I'm using my own money for tutoring to get into a selective school but i use a old Lenovo Thinkpad it would help me a lot.
What is that wallpaper called at 5:44 ? It's beautiful!
where can i apply for setup makeover? (Great video BTW)
Can u review the ROG Swift OLED PG34WCDM? It's 1440p 34 inches wich is more my style and it would fit my setup better than 4k or 32 inch I hate 32 24 the sweet spot
Just bought mine yesterday, do you have to get their specific brand monitor arm to mount it?
How do I buy the aura bar and arm? It's not listed for sale on their website.
Hello, I want to know if i should buy a 4060 gigabyte Eagle paired with ryzen 5 5600 on a Asus Prime b450m-A II mothetboard. I got those together because it fits my budget...🤔
@techsource where can u buy the rog arm?
Wow, another great Ed! 🎉
edsource never fails to sacrafice his money and make a banger. ❤❤
cant seem to buy the arm or lightbar from asus or anywhere. suggestion if possible
I got this. not sure which cable to use? HDMI 2.1 or Display port cable 1.4.
This monitor use qd-oled panel which suffers alot from any light sources in your room giving a purple tone instead of black. I would recommend to use it only in dark rooms, and not use the mounted light if you dont wanna loose your true black colors that are the main reason you want oled

Don't have monitor anxiety from this comment. Yes YOU WILL HAVE RAISED BLACK LEVELS IF - You have harsh light hitting screen directly, like window sunlight, bright light, desk lamp, studio light. Once again - when hitting directly the screen. Other than that it will perform extremely well and it shines in complete darkness. (similar like all TV's/oled monitors)
The static image brightness change at 10:20 is simulated or that's the real thing that happens ? It happens after how many time ?
Would have been perfect if Asus had included an eARC socket for Dolby Atmos audio passthrough to a soundbar like Alienware did. And it would have been perfect if Asus had included a Displayport 2.1 connector to take advantage of the native bandwidth like Gigabyte did. Nvidia's upcoming 50XX series card will no doubt have at least one DP 2.1 socket. Feels like a tide-me-over monitor until the full spec versions come out in Q4. I hope they bring out a larger version 4K 240hz monitor (around 38-42").
is this better than the other monitor that can change top 480hz cause they seem to have the same specs both can be 4k oled but that one changes to 480 nhz 1080p :/
Hello Edgaf can you please drop the names of the games that you tested with this monitor ? Great video by the way.
sir I really like your content I've been around for a while keep it up😁❤❤❤
Ummmm, I just got this monitor at Micro Center for my old EVGA GTX 1080 with Core i7-6700K. Didn't think it would make a difference since I just play upscaled Dolphin emulated games for the Wii and Gamecube. I'll upgrade my PC in about a year though.
what storage should I get if my mobo is the MSI B-650 wifi ATX AM5
I don't know what you did for this video but it looked so incredibly smooth, checked if youtube had some secret 144hz test mode or something, like it was on twitch for a tiny bit, was a bit stumped at first but it felt so great to watch.
yea but do people have the pc for that? i would go for the tuf monitor with 1ms 240hz 1440p and its WAY more in budget
Where can you buy this, it is not available everywhere??
When does the light bar get released?!
2:10 i think 32 is ridiculously large, monstrous even i think 4 inches is plenty for most people to enjoy
Im still thinking the msi mpg 321urx qdoled is the best
@9:50 - What video is that? Of the paint....Where can I find it?
Trying to keep up with new products is insane.
ed is just the best tech youtuber in the world am learning so much,so when am ready to build a setup i know what am doing

@TechSource how to get that cloud wallpaper?
How long is the provided dp cable?
Did they fix the backlight flickering when gsync is on?
When in the hell are they releasing the monitor light bar and the monitor arm?

Ooooooh what a beauty of a monitor, I don't have a pc neither a good monitor😅, keep up the good work ed

Here in Canada its 1799 plus tax CanaBucks! Staggering. That's the total cost of 3 of my Dell 32" curved Displays.
finally ..finally.. 27inch is best for me in FPS games
Anyone know when the ASUS monitor arm will be available?
how high can you put monitor with this stand that you get in box....
I miss setup wars. It's like an afterthought on this channel now
Hey Ed where in the discord do I apply for the setup make over
Hello guys, as you probably have more knowledge than I do, could you tell me what GPU whould you choose between rtx 4070 super and amd 7900 gre? I wanna upgrade my rtx 4060 as it is not amazing for 1440p and I don't know which one to choose!!
A lot of people are complaining about a defect with this monitor. Horizontal lines are appearing on their screens and this seems to be an issue with many new monitors coming out lately.
That's why you should just purchase an Amazon Basics Monitor Mount Arm. It has a smaller base footprint size.
i’ve been trying to buy the monitor since it dropped but it’s just never in stock
Buying this as soon as it available and if it is already I’ll get it next week
you should do frost v5 early this year i cant wait
Yeah - so where to buy the arm?
