41° weather in Evergreen 🌲 County today with a chance of a big storm of Love for what is beautiful, impeccable home of a dream 👑💯

Everybody saying, "cold and pretentious". I'm sitting here thinking, "THAT'S ME!". I really enjoy the different spaces in the house. The kitchen, very different, and I appreciate the "scalloped" ceilings. The white marble is ideal to decorate with my personal taste, because decorators adding their own personal touches to an estate like this can be such a turn-off. This is more of a blank canvas which gives me ideas of what I would do instead of what I hate about someone else's choices. I would add some dark wood paneling to the 2 story office/study. The wing above the guardhouse is one of my favorite areas. The unfinished basement has a lot of potential. I think there some space under the east garage for expansion as well. Nobody has mentioned but it looks like there is also a space ready for an elevator to run all four levels, which I think is smart. I really appreciate the old style architecture blended with a modern living. Most of the rooms have laundry and his and hers sinks.

It's partially complete. This mansion looks homey, honestly. The views, seclusion, and french architecture are wonderful. A fountain, fitness room, and a pool would probably add charm to this place. Its open-plan gave it a breathing room, IMO.

@@uchibenkei There are two refrigerators in the kitchen. It's a new upscale built-in style I haven't seen often. Behind the two panels on either side of the oven and microwave. They're smaller than the built-in Viking Refrigerators you'd often see in high-end builds.

@@somerandomperson3970 A fountain in the courtyard would look great! Personally, I see this as a winter home, so I'd plant a large pine tree in that courtyard and decorate it for the holidays. Mostly because I'm obsessed with Christmas.

@@ZBGregory My thoughts exactly. Maybe fountain that can be moved in the winter and place a giant Christmas tree like they do at the Biltmore Estate and since it’s in the center of the courtyard, is visible from many rooms of the house.

tbh this house is an absolute steal for that price.. And if you check local listings it's gone down a ton in price. I love this house!

Only lived in for 3 mmoths and took 11yrs to build according to relator. This is my kind of Mansion Castle Home, Views and All everything works well together, the lay out, quality of design and architecture is STELLA THE TOP!!! I would put a bueautfull stone and Grass Garden, Lounge areas in the back with a water feature. I have seen Biltmore Estate and It is Beautifully Grand in its Architecture and Interrior Design, Exterior and landscape, Biltmore was the inspriation for this Gorgeous Home and Property

Nay. Add draperies, area rugs and more furniture. It is only minimally furnished in the video with no window coverings at all. This house just needs fabric in it to 'warm' it up and make it livable. Add a real family with two or three kids and a dog or two and it will be paradise.

House went from like 25 million to 12 million. The exterior is awesome but the interior could use some finer craftsmanship and more colour then just white. A couple million finely thought out details to the interior and yard around this place..... and it would be 10x more amazing then it already is. Needs some warmth to it

You could not pay me 13 million to live in that tomb. The outside is ok but that marble sarcophagus of an inside is a joke.

Too much white! I expect Mr. Clean to pop out holding a bottle of that shit he sells!

Should have been built in the French wine country, not Evergreen. Totally out of place and pretentious as Hell! Very cold feeling.
