She said on the breakfast club, that she was part of the estate, so they didn't need her permission. They gave her money so she would be more willing to promote the movie, but they disregarded everything she had to say.

What Kim fails to realize is that this was BIGGIE'S movie, not hers. So her character in the movie wasn't all that relevant as to us only knowing the physical which is really all that mattered. I and many other know that her role in his life wasn't all that spectacular to where her part in his movie had to be displayed verbatim. She put herself out there to be the mistress and that's how she got treated.

Not trying to be a Lil Kim stan, but generally when you do a movie about someone's life and experiences, you have to do as much research as possible to best portray the character which includes getting to know and understand the person who you are trying to portray. Someone should have told Naturi that.

Naturi was cringe worthy to me as Kim in Notorious. I had to skip through all her parts. I HATED her as Kim. She didn’t give me Lil Kim vibes. I had to figure out who she was supposed to be I’m like I know that’s not Kim. Should’ve got Teyana Taylor or Taraji.

I wondered that myself..all bullshit aside, Biggies dead and kim had no say so in the movie so how did they know what went down between the two? i dont think they should be able to green light a certain character or include a certain person in a movie if the writers haven't personally spoken to that person.

@Oonthada Naturi has said that she hasn't met Lil Kim before. Artists do songs together all the time and never meet. Separate studio sessions is very common in the music industry.

i honestly feel really bad for lil kim, like how would you feel if you have done so much for somebody, and they dont even let you know that theres a movie being made where you are a main character, let alone the fact they made her look like a complete slu, and that wasnt at all what went down. that is tough.

This is the issue with these bio films theres going to always be an issue this happened with NWAs, Pacs All eyez on Me, someone always feels it’s not accurate or they didn’t reach out to a certain person one reason I only like a few bio films .. like Selena, The Jackson American Dream and TLCs to name a few.

Truth be told, everyone who knew Biggie said the movie was accurate in how BIG and Kim's relationship was. I doubt all of them have a vendetta against Kim.

I believe Kim when she talks about Violetta Wallace. Every interview I've ever seen of her...something doesn't seem right about her. Violetta has had beefs with Faith, Puffy, Kim, and Charlie Baltimore. It always has something to do with them talking about events surrounding Biggie. I understand Biggie is her son, but she has this mindset that she can control and rewrite her sons history.
